Trekocity hotel, Gangtok

I recently stayed at Trekocity and had a fantastic experience. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with modern amenities and a comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any request. The location was convenient, with great view of mountains. I deducted one star for it's food.

My recent stay was marred by what I can only describe as shockingly poor hospitality. Staff present there unnecessary created havoc with the check-in process that took around 1 hour, it was clear that guest comfort and satisfaction was not a priority. This was a truly disappointing experience, and I will certainly not be returning.

WORST HOTEL OF GANGTOK Dirty bed sheets. Stained pillows. Seeping walls. Dirty washroom. No electric kettle. No complementaries. No toiletries. No tv. Dirty floors. Cold and rusty room. Had booked king sized bed room but they gave us twin bed and despite showing the booking voucher they didn't do nothing. Poor service. Zero communication skills. WORST HOTEL OF GANGTOK. I wouldn't even give it one star. They didn't provide us with drinking water despite repeated requests. And after all that there were some really unruly guests who were drunk and playing music in huge volume thus ruining my sleep. My stay here was nothing less than a toucher. If ever a thought of staying in this hotel passes your mind. Honestly that will be a big mistake and your holidays will be ruined.

Very bad experience...don't go in this hotel,very bad hospitality,very dirty room, hotel staff deepak was very rude .no complimentary breakfast, Ido suggest everyone to never go in this hotel ..n I also wish to suggest to hotel owner that throw away the assistant deepak from this hotel

I recently had a wonderful stay at trekocity. The level of hospitality was exceptional, from the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout my stay. The rooms were not only comfortable but also impeccably clean. I appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a delightful experience. I highly recommend Trekocity for its outstanding service and overall excellent stay. Looking forward to returning in the future!

I recently stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and 3 days. Location of this hotel is really great. Manager and staffs were really helpful and supportive. They are always ready to help you without any question. I choose their non view rooms and I must say the rooms were very neat and clean. They have a very good and quick service as well. I would really recommend this hotel. We also had dinner there and the food was really fresh and good. Only dissapointment was that only one rooms tv was working, others was not. Overall had a great stay there.
