The Royal Gangtok By Apsara Group Of Hotels

The stay was good but restaurant service is totally worst. They don't make enough food and if you ask them to cook more they directly deny. They make too sweet food. It was a terrific experience.

We had a truly wonderful experience staying at The Royal Gangtok. We visited with a family of 6, plus a child and an infant, and the hotel went out of their way to accommodate all of our needs with a smile. The staff, including Gayatri and the other team members, were always polite and helpful. Our guide/driver, Mahendra, and the owner himself were also very warm and accommodating. Every day, we were served delicious and fresh vegetarian meals that were always prepared with care. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Our room offered a spectacular view, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we are extremely happy with the service and facilities and would highly recommend The Royal Gangtok.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Royal Gangtok. The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The staff was incredibly polite, prompt, and went out of their way to ensure my comfort. The location is perfect--close to key attractions like MG Marg and Tashi View Point, making it convenient for sightseeing. The food was delicious, and the overall ambiance was peaceful. Royal Gangtok hotel is really nice. After seeing all the reviews I booked this hotel for one day. After lachung trip we all are tired so extended one more day in same room to take rest. Whatever said in reviews are not enough, they served beyond that. Great service with smile. Best clean rooms and fresh food with best rates. I will surely suggest this hotel. The Best..

Very Good Hotel. We were 2 groups. Each of 28 pax. Good Ambience. Food is Awesome. Owner himself takes care of the Guests in warming way. Felt like second Home. Will definitely stay next time

The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the view from the window was breathtaking. Housekeeping did an excellent job of keeping everything pristine throughout my stay.

It was very much nice stay. Food and rooms quality is very good. Overall very good staff. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and family, I have enjoyed my stay. Room is cleaned and well maintained. Easily available taxi from the doorstep of the hotel.
