I stayed at Regal Gangtok Metro for one night. The service stood out the staff were polite, helpful, and made check-in smooth and easy. I really appreciated their friendly attitude.||However, the cleanliness of the bed was a bit disappointing it could've been fresher and better maintained.||Overall, it's a decent place for a short stay if you're not too particular about spotless rooms. Great service, but room cleanliness could use some improvement.
