I had an amazing experience at Puhana Heritage Hotel. Truly impressed by their warm hospitality. The staff, including the owner, receptionist and other members, were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The rooms were spacious, well maintained with beautiful nature view. Food was also light and tasty. Every detail, from cleanliness to service, was top-notch. If you're looking for a place with exceptional hospitality and a cozy ambiance, this is the perfect choice. I would definitely visit again!

The staff was efficient. Breakfast was fine.||Special word of appreciation for Anita Rai who was very pleasant and smiling all the time while serving our Group in the Restaurant /Bar very efficiently. This new property, with spanking clean room and bathroom, is a bit away from the town center, thus offering a excellent view of the surrounding green hills. The view from the balcony of room 401, where we had stayed, was superb. The in-house restaurant served tasty home style food. All these came at a very reasonable cost.|In addition to the above, it is the extremely courteous and efficient staff that makes Pahuna Retreat quite special. I must specifically mention the names of Sahil (the manager), Sangita (front desk), Promod, Pritika and Anita (housekeeping/ kitchen) and Songden and Dipesh (chefs) for their outstanding hospitality, always with a smiling face.|In any future visit to Gangtok, we shall definitely stay here again.

The stay here had been an excellent experience. The Manager Sangeeta and other staff members of the hotel were very helpful and of excellent etiquette. All deserve our special thanks. Planning to stay again in my next trip soon and cancelled my booking in some other hotel.

Good morning! Pahuna means Athithi atithi, next to God and to serve Atithi from the depth of your heart will be remembered for ever and will bring prosperity to your service. Everything is very good, beautiful nature and charming cheering birds surrounding you with great peace. We liked lot, and will come again but few things you must improve room service, sufficient amenities in the room such as tea bags and coffee mugs, clean towels and adequate water supply, not by depositing back of empty Bottles. We wish a very good business in future and prosper yourself with surroundings, hospitality service personals and their families. Bye !
