The Khurana Group Hotel Gangtok Drift

My stay at the hotel was amazing. The staff was super friendly and helpful and room service was good and everything was very hygienic according to my like. Market area is also nearby with easy access to the commodities at a walking distance. Over all a very comfortable and convenient stay. Would 100% recommend

Worst hotel ever seen in life . Staff very poor , locatikn very poor , services very poor , whoever will come will suffer with a lot and your money will loose . Never book this hotel . It will be your biggest nightmare . No wifi , no services , no proper food , no hygiene , location was very poor and room also stinks.

My family trip with hotel drift was really amazing I enjoyed a lot the location of the hotel was excellent Near Mathma Gandi Road the staff was really good behaved and smile. I really enjoyed the food and it's was verey tasty and service was very good... Thank you hotel drift for a wonderful service..

Nice budget stay. The rooms were beautifully laid out and spacious. The food and service were highlights! We loved the food. The only gripe was the really bad quality bed. They should do something about the mattress.

It's my favorite hotel. It's the second time I stayed here and the rooms are beautiful and luxurious. The washroom is amazing. There's lift service which is a good thing too. The view is great and it's near the black cat museums which is a great place to visit too.

Hotel property is good. However staff is hopeless.Pathetic hospitality and staff behavioral issue. No business minded. They don't providing Heater or AC as complimentary. They don't bother on guest comfort. Even no atticates for asking food and water to guest. They are not cooperative in food during breakfast. Not providing simple items cereal like corn flakes, choco serial, etc. for Kid. Requesting to management, please change the staff for better business on priority.
