The Fern Denzong Hotel & Spa, Gangtok, Sikkim

The Hotel is at an excellent location. Very nice silent place and at the same time just 5 minutes away from M G Market. The rooms are very big and on one side is a complete valley view. They have a coffee shop on the ground floor which is very good and reasonably priced. The breakfast spread is huge and so is the dinner. The staff at the hotel are very polite and helpful. Ms.Jeena at the reception gave us a room which was nice and big and did have a side view of the mountains. The staff at the restaurant consisting of Aadarsh, Radhika, Laxman, Sudip and Manika were very courteous. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The House keeping staff gives you service whenever you need. The only not so good point of the hotel is the travel desk which is very expensive compared to the market rates.

Just finished our 14 days memorable, joyfilled stay at The Fern. Felt like home to us. Jeena at reception, gave us last minute booking when our other hotel got cancelled. She is kind and professional. Grateful to all the staff at reception Prashansa, Rishiki, Anusha, Arms had, Tashi, Dorje and Yogesh. Grateful to restaurant and kitchen staff -boss Anjala- always greeting us with a smile, Manita, Radhika, Dorje, Adarsh, Pravesh, Kiran and more. Excellent room service from all the housekeeping staff. I may have missed many names. Apologies.. Would recommend the Fern 100%!!

We had a wonderful stay at The Fern Denzong Hotel. The location is perfect near MG road. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service throughout the hotel was top-notch. A special thanks to Mr. Biswanath, the Travel Desk Manager, who organized our trip so smoothly and was always reachable. His team - Rahul, Roshan, and Nima - were extremely kind, punctual, and cooperative throughout our journey. The food at the hotel was another highlight - especially the breakfast, which had a wide variety of tasty dishes. A big shoutout to Laxman, Anjala, Kiran, Manita, Radhika, and Kushal for serving us so warmly and making every meal a pleasant experience. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Gangtok.

Fern Denzong Gangtok has great staff. Their service is excellent. From reception to kitchen to room service everything is excellent. We stayed here for 5 days and 4 nights and enjoyed our stay. I would want to mention about Aadarsh who was interning with the hotel, he has been preparing yummy food for all of us. He is really good. Thank you Fern Denzong.

The hospitality was exceptional with courteous and attentive staff who made our stay truly comfortable. The food was delicious and offered a great variety to suit all tastes. Very good hotel comparable to good hotels abroad. Although I checked in at midnight, the front office staff was very helpful and patient. The FO staff in the morning was very friendly and polite. The reception seems to be open 24hr. A very pleasant stay. The buffet breakfast was great. I would recommend people to stay here when in Gangtok.

I loved the place and Tamarynd Restaurant was good. I loved the dishes which were prepared as part of breakfast and dinner. Chef Nandan has made masala dosa and masala omelette as per our pallets. Anjala captain did a perfect job and Lakshman has helped us in serving the food.. thank you very much for such warm hospitality.

Very good room and room service, food was excellent, service staff especially Laxman was very helpful. Receptionists are very humble and sweet people. Location is very near to the main road but perfectly away from the hustle and bustle in a peaceful Location. Very good quality and reasonable gifts from Gifts.co.
