The Di-Lac Retreat

It was a very pleasant stay at this property and the courteous staff all around alongwith a very welcoming owner, Tenzing was indeed a good experience for us. The view from our room was indeed unobstructed and very pleasant and the service and food was very good. The room was perfect for 2, but slightly small in case if you have a child/children. Some small, but not grave glitches in the bathroom, possibly needing a slight bit of maintainence is a feedback from us. Overall, for the price point, it was definitely worth every penny and I would definitely like to go back as and when situations permit. Definitely recommend this property to all. Thank you,

I'm writing this review after spending 2 nights here and have still 1 more night to go. My room (with a pvt balcony) is clean, clean bathroom with shampoo and shower gel and a soap, clean bed sheet, clean pillows, clean blankets, clean towels. Killer views from my pvt balcony, decent food and excellent staff. The property is accessible by cars and there is a local taxi point just nearby. Although the property is a bit away from MG Marg, but for me that is a positive thing, as I wanted a place away from all the hustle and bustle of MG Marg. One more thing. If anyone wants to book rooms, call them directly instead of doing it from a website. That is what we did and we got a very good deal.

Advantage: next to nathula checkpost, rooms are good for quick stay. Food need to be ordered prior, but no extra can be provided on need basis. Disadvantage: housekeeping is run by 2 young people. They did a good job but management need to increase the staff as very limited capacity.

We had a really great time in The Di-Lac Retreat. The staffs were incredibly friendly and attentive. They went out of their way to ensure our stay was perfect. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for. The team here truly knows how to make guests feel special. The room was very clean & spacious with spectacular view from the attached balcony of the room. Will definitely visit again & will surely recommend to our family & friends to stay at "The Di-Lac Retreat"..

One best properties to stay. Very neat and clean. Very humble team. Food is also good. Very close to Nathula pass road.

Had a 1 day stay and liked the experience and how friendly people in the hotel are willing to help . Had a nice balcony view

I had to check out at 4am in the morning and there was no staff at the reception desk, so l asked them to send me the scanner for the payment and they didn't respond on time and later they just started giving threats on phone calls and they even told the cab driver to not to let them go to airport and bring them back

We stayed here for 3 nights and were really pleased with the views from the room as well as the amenities provided. The rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel staff was also polite and helpful when needed. The rooms were well heated, however, the heaters are chargeable. It is located somewhat higher and a bit far from the main market - but it was worth it for the view. The breakfast was average.
