Worst Experience Ever - Avoid This Place! My stay at this hotel was a complete nightmare. There was no proper service from the staff - they were either unavailable or simply didn't care. No food was available at all, and there's no canteen or restaurant nearby. On top of that, no hot water in the bathrooms - even after multiple complaints, nothing was done. What's worse, I believe most of the 5-star reviews on Google are fake, probably written by their own staff to mislead customers. Please don't fall for the fake hype. Save your money and peace of mind - look elsewhere.

Each and everything about this property was awesome...right from basic that is room, to service and serving staffs. The greatest add on of this property is food and the cooking staffs, their behaviour and understanding they show is just like you have someone from family away from home to look after you....the food is too good. Only drawback is if you want to taste the traditional sikkim food, it is not available at the property, for that you need to explore Gangtok.

Room was good, everything was at point. Foods were good at the hotel. Manager, staffs were polite, view from the hotel was so perfect. It was worth visiting and would recommend everyone to visit there

Situated bit far from the prime MG Marg, the property is great for a leisure and worthy of a trip. Rooms are well maintained and there's lot of space all around. The view from the room's balcony is picturesque. I also met the two owners who have leased this property to try their hand on the entrepreneurship, that was impressive. We stayed here for six days and our the entire team took good care for us. Will highly recommend this place!

Location n room was absolutely treat to watch love to visit again and again room service was really good but food was bit costly and transportation too but apart from that everything was really good

Recently we visited this hotel on our trip to Gangtok, and i really loved this place everything was so good , the hospitality cleanliness, view, service and especially the food cook sir was so humble every time he made delicious finger liking hot food on time. We will definitely visit this hotel again on our next trip to Gangtok.
