I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The food was absolutely delicious simple, fresh, and full of flavor. Every meal was a delight, and the quality of ingredients truly stood out. A big thank you to Chef Rahul for preparing such amazing dishes!||The service was equally impressive. The staff was warm, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. Special mention to Sneha, Diki, and Asim for their exceptional hospitality as they made my stay even more enjoyable with their attentive and courteous approach.||Overall, a fantastic experience with great food, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended!

I usually don't leave reviews unless something really stands out, and unfortunately, this time it wasn't for a good reason. Everything was going fine with our stay until late at night while we were sleeping. I felt something biting my arm. We turned on the lights and were shocked to find ticks on the bed. When we checked under the pillow, we found even more,tiny baby ticks crawling around. We immediately went to the reception at around 12 a.m. to request a room change. Unfortunately, we were told no other rooms were available. They did send someone to change the bed sheets and pillow covers, and I want to acknowledge that the room service staff member was kind and helpful, which we appreciated. However, what concerned us more was the explanation given: they suggested a monkey might have gotten into the room and brought in the ticks. Regardless of how it happened, this points to a serious lapse in cleanliness and pest control. Since the incident, I've had several noticeable bite marks on my arms and hands, which is both uncomfortable and disturbing. Room 305 especially needs to be deep-cleaned and properly treated, as it felt like there were still ticks in the room even after the linen was changed. I really hope the hotel management takes this issue seriously and improves their housekeeping standards. This experience unfortunately overshadowed what could have been a pleasant stay.

I cannot recommend this hotel due to its poor cleanliness and maintenance standards. If hygiene is important to you, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. The promotional photos on booking sites are misleading - I've attached my own photos to show the actual conditions. The hotel's numerous deficiencies include: Limited dining options with restricted hours Poor breakfast selection, typically served cold No WiFi service Lack of basic toiletries (staff claimed they were "out of stock") Dirty bathrooms with water seepage issues causing unpleasant odors Worn-out linens and towels with visible tears Dusty carpets and furniture indicating negligent cleaning Despite specifically requesting a clean room, the conditions were so concerning that I checked out early to protect my family's health. Nevertheless, the hotel insisted on charging me for the full four day booking. This was for a "suite" room, which I paid extra for, yet management now ignores my emails requesting a refund. While I honored my financial obligations as a responsible guest, the hotel failed to maintain even basic standards of service and cleanliness. I cannot recommend this establishment or brand based on this experience. Location wise it is good. The gal at the reception was helpful and supported with decoration for my son's birthday. This was the only good thing about the stay but the sad part was our important day ended in this unclean place.

Worst ever experience, guest are not welcomed here by the staffs in the reception. Staffs are super lazy at the reception. Breakfast spread is not upto the standard. Rooms are big but not maintained. We were provided a room which has a see through window in washroom. I don't think any family will accept that. I would recommend to pay extra money and stay in a better hotel. Will not recommend this hotel.

Food quality / taste are very bad and the behaviour of restaurant staff is not good. We booked total 4 rooms but they have no heaters for all the rooms. We stayed in Suite rooms, which are very spacious and very comfortable with extra bed also. In the same rate you can get the many better options. Please avoid the stay in Summit hotels. Had the same experience in Darjeeling also, where we have stayed in Summit Grace boutique hotel.

The only good thing about this property is the view and clean rooms. The service is not good; lack of warm water due to no power back up, broken equipments in washroom, even tea wont be provided before breakfast time in room as they said 'their duty starts at 7:30', reception and restaurant wont pick calls so have to climb down the stairs as their lift gets stuck at 4th floor. Please hire professional staff as this is a big chain of hotel and people book keeping that in mind.

I had a wonderful stay at Summit Alpine Abode Hotel. The room was very spacious and well-maintained, with a large bathroom equipped with all necessary amenities including a heater, AC, electric kettle, slippers, and a dental kit. There was also a comfortable workspace, making it convenient for office work. The service was excellent, and the hotel's location is perfect--you can easily get a cab to MG margh right from the front of the hotel. Overall, it was definitely worth the money. Highly recommended!

The property is good but the staff is not ready for service even after asking for toiletries, water everything. We were not served the welcome drink which was part of our booking. The dinner we ordered was served after one hour and after many reminders.
