Sinclairs Gangtok

Amazing stay.. food was of super quality. Chef joydev has prepared mouthwatering food. Rooms was very well maintained.. all room amenities was up to the mark. Reception was just one call away. Susma rai from the Housekeeping was was the polite person. She has given a lot of local knowledge which was very interesting. Sujata and amjr from restaurant took care of service and our likes. Hotel is located in a very peaceful place. It was been a refreshing journey. Wishing the hotel all the best for the upcoming days

Has a great stay at hotel Sinclairs. Room was neat and clean.madam archana has personally visited each table and make sure for the comfort. Food was amazing and mouth watering. Service was also good. We stayed for 2 nights in sincliars gangtok room no 507. Premier Triple room. View from room is mind blowing. We had a great stay. |Archana mam, Bijayeta mam, Akash,Sushant and Debnya from hotel were excellent and chef joydeb prepared bengal food for us. It was a wonderful stay.

Booked 2 premium rooms. View from the rooms are so beautiful! But the bedsheets and towels are not clean. They have smart lock system. Bathroom was clean. Had breakfast and dinner mostly. For breakfast all the items are very good. But for dinner we at first day ordered butter chicken, dal makhni and butter naan. Dal makhani and butter naan served great and tastes well too. But in butter chicken two pieces were found fish. They didn't charge for it. Next day for dinner we ordered fried rice and chilli chicken. It doesn't tastes good. Later ordered manchow soup which tastes really well. Last day: dal makhni, butter naan and kadhai paneer. Scenic beauty and MG Market

Excellent experience overall ....food / Staying / behaviours/ Hospitality was at its best. Five star feeling. Chef Joydeb was personally connected to me & taken care of all personal delicacies. Bijayeta, Debanya, Archna they were giving good service at hotel. I am fully satisfied with the service. Hotel food is also so good and room service is also good the overall experience of this hotel is excellent. I am giving highest raiting for this.
