Sidlon Residency. Gangtok

I along with my family stayed in this hotel from 7th Sept 2017 night to 10th Sept 2017noon. Entire family fully enjoyed here. Services provided in the rooms and dinning hall were excellent. Specially the nature of manager of the hotel Mr. Anil is very much impressive and is very much polite that is appreciated. We belong to bihar and memories of staying in this hotel and arrangements made by them for our tours will be remembered forever. Rooms dinning space and complete hotel area were very clean and hygiene was maintained in the hotel in all the parts of the hotel. Few suggestions : In bathrooms of the rooms, shampoos were not provided regularly. In dinning hall one washroom with mirror should be provided on the same floor. There should be some arrangement of staying of drivers on reasonable price if someone visits the place with his own car. Overall services provided were excellent. All staff members are very much courteous. Breakfast provided in the packages by the hotel were yummy. In last it was an awesome experience.

This place offers value for money services. The rooms were very big and had acceptable views. The service staff were very friendly and tried to be helpful. However, the service did leave scope for improvement especially with their laundry services. Overall, a good place to stay in Gangtok. Fulfills all the requirements and the location isn't that bad as well. They also have car parking facilities which is a plus.

Loved the stay here. Affordable as well. They managed a birthday celebration for us and was really good. The weather and the view from hotel room is just awesome. You can also check the attached photos. Very good

They have best services. Rooms are nice. Food quality is very good. They provide very nice hospitality. Restaurant is big, also the lobby. I suggest everyone should stay Tamarind Residency.

It was a good experience staying at Hotel Sidlon Gangtok, Sikkim. The staff of the hotel were very good and cooperative. GRE Manisha Madam, Madam Kamala and two more boys and others did their job perfectly. Food was very tasty Rooms were very neat and clean.We enjoyed staying their for 3 nights and 3 days. Thanks to all the staff.

Hello, This is Binita & Tushar Das from Gujarat. We were three members @ "SIDLON Residency" in suit Room during 6th Jan'2018 to 13th Jan'18. Enjoyed cool weather. Regarding the Sidlon we were fully satisfied with their hospitality. HOTEL / ROOM: - Location was good, Nice view of mountains, near to market, Dinning space was good. Provided all facilities in time ,very hygienic , room services were quick. MANGER: - Mr. Anil who well manages the requirement of us. Very supportive, gives right suggestions. We are appreciating his calm & polite nature and duty towards the Hotel and their Guests. Thank you so much Anil ji. FOOD: - Their food was delicious along with quality as well as sufficient quantity. Thanks to their Chef who made a Tasty and Yummy food especially Hot-Sour soup,fried Rice & Dal Tadka STAFF: - Entire staffs were very co-operative & polite, well-mannered, given us satisfied services and care for us. Especially, Mr Sachin & Karan who are very wise & calm. Really i was very thankful to both of you for your heartly services. Finally it was my best trip and was connected with very nice people. Thank you all for making wonderful Trip.

I stayed in this hotel in room no: 103 for 4 days.This hotel is a lodge camouflaged as a star hotel. It lacks many aspects of a star hotel. They don't even provide basic amenities. The wifi doesn't work most of the time. The beds are very old. Some of the hotel rooms are occupied with the hotel staff one in first floor and the other in third floor. These hotel guys smoke and drink in the rooms occupied by them and as a consequence the whole lobby in that floor stinks. My overall experience is pathetic and I never recommend this hotel.

Worst Hotel... No Full Bath Kits (Only One soap). No Bath Slippers.. No locker inside room. Most of the time wifi service not available. Very bad smell inside room. It just a Dharmshala. Don't waste your money.
