Ramada by Wyndham Gangtok Hotel & Casino Golden

I had booked a Duplex room for my family vacation, I was impressed with the room arrangement and with 2 beds it was perfect for a family of 4. I usually prefer to book the hotels with buffet dinner and breakfast. The food menu was really elaborate with a large selection of Veg and Non Veg options. Travelling with a 2 year infant is never easy but the team made the stay comfortable by helping us with Kichidi for the baby. I would like to make some special mentions as they were very instrumental in making our stay memorable. Thanks to Roshan, Dinesh Sharma and Keshav.

The rooms are spacious and the beds are soft and large. The quality of toiletries provided is excellent, as it is the Biotique range. The staff are especially charming, and u would particularly commend Pritam the bellboy, front office staff Usha, chef Raju & Suresh, the housekeeping team and restaurant staff Suruchi, Ramzan, Kilamani and the others who were always busy, but cheerful and helpful. Some suggestions for the future- please include gluten free breads and millet rotis in your menu, which is otherwise diverse and satisfying. Also, if thinner pillows were on offer for those who cannot use big fluffy ones, that would be great. Thank you.

Great ambience, fantastic food, absolutely family friendly. The breakfast buffet in the morning with its lavish and a great variety of spreads provides a great start to the morning. Chef Suresh was friendly and enquiring about the authentic south lndian fare that was served. Should also thank Mr. Ramzan who was very courteous, attentive and took good care of our needs. The desserts were great, Cham Cham, Jilebi With Rabri, a variety of puddings, will keep your taste buds tantalizing and wanting for more. Overall 5 stars for everything.

Hotel Ramada Pani Hou offers a pleasant experience with a well-maintained property and a welcoming atmosphere. The party hall stands out--it's spacious and nicely set up, making it a great option for hosting events or celebrations. The food has good variety and tastes fresh, though there's room for improvement in terms of expanding the menu. A bit more attention to the selection could take it to the next level. The rooftop pool, while small, adds a nice touch to the hotel's amenities. One area where improvement is needed is parking--space is limited, especially during events. Overall, a solid choice for gatherings and a comfortable stay.

A Fantastic Stay at Ramada Gangtok! I recently stayed at the Ramada by Wyndham Gangtok, and I must say, it was an incredible experience from start to finish! The hotel's location is perfect--centrally located and within walking distance to MG Road, making it very convenient to explore the city. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The Smart HDTV, minibar, and electronic safe made everything so convenient. I especially appreciated the peaceful ambiance despite being near the city center. The food was another highlight. Every meal I had was delicious, and the service was top-notch. The staff were friendly and attentive, always going out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The spa and fitness center were great additions, and I made good use of the wellness facilities during my stay. If you enjoy a bit of entertainment, the on-site casino was a fun feature to check out. I didn't stay long, but it's definitely a nice touch for those who like a little excitement. Overall, my stay at Ramada Gangtok was exceptional. The combination of excellent service, great location, and fantastic amenities made it a memorable visit. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Gangtok!

Review for Ramada Hotel I had a pleasant stay at the Ramada Hotel--the property was nice, the room was very comfortable, and the staff was friendly. However, I was extremely disappointed with the massage service offered at the hotel. Although the rates were high compared to local massage services, I didn't mind paying more for quality. I booked a one-hour deep tissue massage, but the experience was terrible. The masseuse was clearly not qualified for the type of massage they advertised and lacked the strength needed for a proper deep tissue session. Realizing she was not well-trained, I decided to just go along with it. To make matters worse, she ended the massage after only 40 minutes. When I questioned her, she blatantly lied, insisting that the full hour had passed. I called the manager, who also backed up this false claim. Frustrated by their dishonesty, I escalated the issue to the hotel management. Eventually, they admitted the massage was cut short and offered me a 20% discount, which I declined. On checkout, I paid the full price and left, feeling cheated. If you're considering getting a massage at this hotel, be cautious--it's not worth the price they charge. It's disappointing that a reputable brand like Ramada would partner with a company that deceives its guests.
