Orchid Lords Eco Inn Gangtok, Near MG Marg

We stayed here for 2 nights in standard category room with food plan. They have buffet breakfast which was delicious and variety of options were available. We have selected dinner option and they had provided us a list of menus available on each day. Food was very delicious. One thing have to remind, they have lots of stairs, for rooms, so elder people must think before booking the hotel. Room service was also very good.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The *location is excellent*, just a short walk from *MG Marg*, making it very convenient for shopping and sightseeing. The *staff were extremely polite, helpful, and welcoming*, which made the experience even better. Especially, Mr Roman Tamang's hospitality is commendable.|The entire property was *very neat and well-maintained*, and the *room was clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished*--perfect for a relaxing stay. |Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area. I would definitely stay here again!

Stay was nice and comfortable with excellent location. They have their inhouse resturant which cooks some yummy food. Chef is awsome and well behaved. Stuff behavoiur and support was excellent spcially Rohit Sharma. Only downside is they do not have lift fecility available on premices.

Very bad experience in this hotel. In the name of service ZERO. There is no parking space. There is no one carry your luggage and drop at your room. U r only carry your baggage for 2nd floor. No one fill your water bottle in the room after the call at service desk. Hot water problem in the hotel. Room quality is very poor. Too much fungus in the room. Food quality also very bad. My personal suggestion to all please don't plan stay in this hotel.

Nice cooperation with lots of respect and good behaviour towards it customers. Precise service with amazing food.A clean room with proper ventilation and windows for better air quality . Such well mannered attitude is rarely been seen from people and in this case , the hotel management has upholded this statement...............

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Orchid Lords Eco Inn, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The staff was great. The receptionists (Lee Lepcha) were very helpful and answered all our questions. The luxurious accommodations, coupled with exceptional service, made my stay truly memorable. The hotel's prime location made exploring the city a breeze, and I can't wait to return to Orchid Lords Eco Inn on my next visit. Highly recommended!

The room and hospitality u provide to your customers were very good. It is pertinent to mention that the food was awesome as your hotel provided breakfast. Excellent rooms. Exotic food and panoramic view of the great Kangchendzonga. Located at a central point between lal market and M G marg. There is a secret stair behind the hotel that will take you to M G marg in 30 sec. Really awesome.|Mentioning names of supporting staff : Rohit, Anish.
