New Orchids Lords Inn Gangtok

Good hotel near the city. Nice rooms. Food was delicious. MG Marg is 3 kms away. We stayed for two nights with family and we had good time.

It's a great stay at this hotel, the rooms and service are awesome, foods are really delicious. Thanks to Mr Chandan Das who given his best for the service.

We had a five days training workshop in the hotel. About 70 participants stayed there for 6 days. They provided great hospitality to all of us. The rooms, food, seminar room, restaurant....everything was great. The hotel staff were always there to help us and solve any problem whenever needed. I would specially want to thank Binita, Pawan and Bhawana who went out of their way to make us feel comfortable

Everything was fine, but the WiFi didn't work well, and it was even worse at night. The service was okay, weather was very cold and when we requested a heater, they asked for 500 per night, which was quite expensive as we were staying for 4 nights.

Really helpful & polite staff (Chandan & Vinita and all others) We had a wonderful & comfortable stay alongwith a very thoughtful women's day celebration Highly recommended!!!!

Good people. Good location. But honestly the rooms can be better aesthetically. Rn they look dark and slightly shady.

I had a fantastic experience during my stay. We were warmly welcomed with a traditional khada, and although we had booked a standard room, we were upgraded to a deluxe room. The room was spacious and impeccably maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, particularly Miss Ritu and Mr. Dorjee, whom I would like to thank for their excellent service. The food was both delicious and healthy, and the rooftop restaurant offered a mesmerizing night view. From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless. If you're planning a visit to Gangtok, I highly recommend this place.
