The rooms are very beautiful the hotel itself is mesmerizing. The staff behaviour and the reception staff was very helpful. I would really recommend and would love to visit again. Only concern is the breakfast buffet items are little less in number would really appreciate if there are more options for breakfast.

Had a very pleasant experience during my stay. The restaurant staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the food was simply outstanding. The rooms were compact but comfortable and had everything we needed. What really stood out was how genuinely kind and helpful everyone was. A special moment was when I requested the restaurant manager to prepare thukpa for dinner. Not only did they say yes, but they also surprised us with delicious momos along with the thukpa. That thoughtful gesture truly made our day. Overall, it was a very positive and memorable stay. Highly recommended!
I travelled with kids on a leisure trip and stayed there from 27-31 October, 24. Hotel established contact on there own and followed up about when we are reaching there. We have booked hotel with meal and meals served were delicious. Staff and hospitality is great. We checked out early in morning and they provided packed breakfast. Overall nice experience will stay there in future if travelling to Gangtok. Nice place to stay for people travelling with families.
