Manaslu Gangtok

The Manaslu boutique hotel was a really good experience, we reached a bit late but the kitchen was very helpful with the dinner, the room was very spacious, clean and had a beautiful view. Met Abhimanyu the next day, he helped us by explaining how to go around and which places to visit, he had also prepared a document explaining a lot about Gangtok which helped us further. The check in and check out was very easy and the in house cafe had some amazing cheese cake, worth recommending. Thanks for the lovely experience.

This hotel has a great location, The highlight of our stay was the warm hospitality from the host Abhimanyu and the entire staff helped us with almost everything - from arranging meals in the hotel on request to suggest places for sightseeing and restaurants to visit. The rooms in hotel are spacious and super clean. Overall an excellent stay and would highly recommend this place.

Beautiful property with large, spacious rooms. Spotlessly clean. Abhimanyu, the owner ensured that I was made to feel at home making exceptions in some cases. He also helped book my trip through Sikkim. Blue and Yellow Cafe is a small cafe inside the hotel. Regardless, these people know their food - every item on the menu was made fresh in the right manner, plating and garnishing included. Their cheesecakes and pizzas are a must-try genre. You can expect exceptionally good hospitality and food that is safe to eat here. Definitely coming back for more!

Manaslu was a stroke of luck! I remember reading the reviews amazing hospitality there and the comfortable stay and I have to stay Manaslu exceeded my expectations. The room was beyond perfect, well lit, comfortable, spacious, the location just at a perfect distance from the hustle bustle of MG Marg at Gangtok and the breakfast truly sumptuous. I remember reading about the cheesecakes and brownies and I'm glad that we spent every evening devouring the goodies there. Abhimanyu, the owner, ensures you are taken care of, checks on you and patiently suggests to you things you can possibly see and do at Gangtok. I am sure this is the place we'll stay when we visit Gangtok in the future and also recommend it all follow travellers.

Just about 2 km away from MG Road and Lal Bazaar at Deorali this little cozy hotel is worth its penny. The rooms are spacious, clean and simply but yet decently made up. This makes it very effective for the stay experience. Mr. Abhimanyu, the owner is very welcoming and takes personal care of the guests. The staff is up to the mark in their service.

Excellent place. The rooms, service, location and food were all great. The desserts and Italian food at their cafe is a must try. The owner, Mr. Abhimanyu, is very approachable. He was kind enough to suggest some great hang out places and eateries in the town.

The room is very clean and tidy. Members of the staff are well-behaved and very helpful. The owner Mr Abhimanyu is a nice person and very friendly. He also guided us to make arrangement for vehicle to reach the hotel.

Good, small, cozy place for quick 1-night stops. Very close to MG, rooms are clean, large sized and have all the required amenities like hair dryer, slippers, heater, toiletries, extra bed - proper bed not just a mattress on the floor. Rooms are well lite. Owner is quite a pleasant personality and very corporative. ||Lachung was our next stop post the stay here. Due to bad road conditions, very last minute we were asked to take very limited luggage. The owner helped to keep our remaining luggage safely in a room till we returned after 3 days. This is very much appreciated||It doesn't have continuous running hot water so if you are in a hurry to get ready - then it's a problem. Also they are short staffed so the service is very slow, one of the staff said to us - "I am alone here so I cant do everything together so pls wait" in a very rude way. As it was just a stop over stay for us, we didn't pay much head. Also they don't have a lift so that was a bit inconvenient specially when moving the luggage around. As we were a big group, we had a lot of luggage, heard one staff saying - who brings so much luggage, I mean that wasn't a needed comment but as the owner is a wonderful person, we just ignored the staff.||Breakfast spread is limited and again service is very slow. Overall stay was comfortable specially if its just for stop-overs, you can book this place without a second thought, its budget friendly as well.
