Highly recommend the hotel for anyone visiting the place for its excellent service and warm hospitality ! The staff at Royal Orchid went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They were attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. Whether it was at the reception or in the restaurant, their service was impeccable and personalized, which made us feel right at home. One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the food. The hotel offers a fantastic variety of dishes that cater to all tastes, and every meal was a delightful experience. The ambiance of the hotel is equally inviting, with stunning views of the surrounding hills that make for a perfect unwinding experience after the tour. The combination of stellar hospitality, excellent service, and a diverse culinary experience makes it a top choice for anyone visiting Gangtok. It's a great stay for us, little bit distant from the mall road. The breakfasts were Complementary and the foods tasted good. The laundry charges were very very high though wouldn't recommend laundry at all, else the rooms were great and it's a good deal.

Our family had a wonderfu stay and warm hospitality at the hotel. Location was good. Room was spacious, cozy & comfortable and clean. Meals were good & tasty. We enjoyed the Vegetarian food. Hotel staffs were gentle, smiling and welcoming.

The happiest and craziest visit i've ever had to any hotel.|Thanks to the staff to make my experience amazing and my holidays way better i accepted. Specially the staff are so much helpful and adjustable and food are to delicious here. Once again all credit to the staff.

Good experience. Rooms were good in such a price. Overall satisfied. Their breakfast is also overwhelming and mouth watering, not too much items , but whatever was there, it was tasteful. Overall, love to visit more. I am looking forward to this property in my next trip to North Sikkim.

The hotel service was awesome, the food quality rooms everything was very good. The staff was very good and helping nature. The hotel is very good for vegetarian lovers. The staff is very supportive. This hotel very clean and the room service support is very quick

Good experience... very nice stay ... Restaurant staff is good but that boy Rohan is very rude .... Anyways good view room we stay 3night 403 room is very awesome and Receptionist Manika she is very polite very kind she helped us very well......nice stay
