Hotel staffs were very co-operative and room was really clean and especially bathroom was damn good.|Pretty good rooms at reasonable price. |Even they managed our tour travel at reasonable price. |Last but not the least, I would be highly grateful to the staff of this hotel especially Arvind ji who is very humble, polite and of helpful nature.

Decent property, rooms are spacious and well maintained. Food is good Not far from the market, though reaching is a challenge due to one way routes. Also do not think of walking out , the road is steep high and not easy to walk through. Local cabs are easily available on the road. Overall a value for money

I'm pooja alpesh dave. We stayed at jagjeet sikkim retreat for 3 nights. 12 to 14 may . Room was neat and clean. Bathroom was neat and clean. Much options for breakfast. But dinner was ok. But prashant and all staff were very co operative. Mall road is little far but you have to take taxi because the road was very steep. Overall good experience to stay.

The room was neat and clean.. All staf is good and service also too good. specious and clean. Location is good. Especially thanks for frount office manager Mr. Arbinth is a very polite and humble guy he serve very respectfully and very nice guy. Generous and helpful, we will stay hear again next time.. Food quality is not good. Staff behaviour and rooms are clean.

The rooms are very clean and sophisticated. The staff is also very helpful. The view from the room is absolutely breathtaking. I am truly stunned at this tranquil and beautiful place.

Rooms were nice. The staff was the best, very helpful ,kind. Because of the staff it was a great experience. The only concern is it is a little far away from mall road, us tourists cannot walk on the hill like the locals, so u need taxi which is easily available. About food, it was delicious. Overall a great experience.
