Had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Gangtok! The biggest highlight was the extremely polite and helpful staff -- they truly made the stay feel special. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable -- not extremely luxurious but definitely above average and cozy. The food was absolutely delicious -- every meal was a delight! If I could give more than 5 stars to the staff, I would. Their warmth and hospitality made all the difference. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Gangtok who values great service and a homely vibe.

And the staff of this hotel is very good and helpful and the manager of this hotel Mr. Biswajit is very friendly and a very good person because he helped us a lot in some matters. And the rooms of this hotel are clean and good and their food is very delicious. I have no complaints about their food.
We stayed here for two days. The overall experience was very good. The hotel staff provided us with very good service. The location is good but it is 7 km from the main heart of Gangtok city.
