Hotel SunMount Mayal Retreat

As I have visited the hotel, the staffs give warm welcome as well as it's like family . The location of the hotel is also superb and the food that is prepared by the chef is just wow. You will get the room service also as clean and comfortable. I appreciate the team of hotel sunMount Mayal Retreat.

It was a pleasure staying in the hotel. I just loved each n every bit of my stay. The staff was very nice and welcoming, specially Prerna and Rahul. The food was decent. Tea can be better (mentioning to all of Sikkim as a whole). Rest of the hospitality was lovely. All in all an amazing stay with lots of fond memories. Will be coming back soon.

Had a wonderful experience at Sunmount Mayal Retreat. Great ambiance, extremely courteous staffs, delicious food specially the local cuisine. Hotel also manages vehicles for visiting local attractions. Perfectly placed location with beautiful views of the hills. I strongly recommend the place and would definitely stay here again in my next visit

One of the worst experience I've had in a hotel. Manager storms in the bedroom and questions our culture, considers us as illeeterate. Understaffed hotel, no housekeeping services. We had to clean everything ourselves. Even the washroom sink was not working. Absolute pity,!!

there was no hot water in the washroom. the hotel was understaff and very slow room service. had to wait 30 minutes just for a towel. the owner was also very rude. we couldnt talk during the night and were expected to maintain silence. overall the worst experience i've ever had
