From the moment I stepped in, I felt a sense of warmth and comfort that made me feel like I was part of a big, happy family. The hotel has a home-like ambiance. DO NOT BOOK TOURS WITH SUCASA HILLS Worst experience booking their package for North Sikkim (Lachung, Lachen, Gurudongmar Lake). Fake promises and no responsibility. They promise different prices to get the package but once you pay the advance they will take no responsibility. They said you can pay in batches but when we reached Gangtok the owner of this hotel forced us to pay the full amount for the north Sikkim tour at night. They took the whole amount but made us wait for hours in the parking lot for the vehicle. Then started the nightmare. The hotels that they showed before the package was 3 star and what they gave was -3 star. It looked like a old broken brothel room with no room number no flooring walls peeling off and damp smell. The food was pathetic, only rice daal, cabbage and egg curry. I have no problem with the menu but the cooking was horrible. After 8-9 hours of treacherous journey we were greeted with uncooked daal and uncooked rice. The cabbage was smelling and no hot water even to wash hands in -2degc. They took no responsibility of the horrendous and dangerous stays that was offered. When asked around the locals laughed at the images sent to us before booking. They said "aisa hotel iss pure area me nhi hai". Its not like that good stays are not available in Lachung and Lachen..now a days very nice stays are available. But unfortunately they gave us the cheapest of options available as they already had the whole money upfront.

Nice hotel. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Good location near shops and restaurants. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was okay. Would stay again. It is recommended to everyone!

This hotel is excellent in such a way that you can't simplely describe it by some mere word...the room service, the room, bathroom, location, staff behavior, the scenario and rooftop and last but not the least food here is the best just like homemade food......in simple word it's the best experience you can have in gantok.

Well , hotel rooms , bathroom are well decorated, clean. The cook is amazing, food is delicious tasty and overall healthy , personally I liked it all. And the behaviour of the staff was too good .

The hotel is very nice in every aspect like in services , food etc.. but I must say the behaviour of the staffs are very humble and really appreciable.
