Hotel Alpha Omega

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in Gangtok, and it was truly an incredible experience! When I arrived, the staff's warmth and genuine friendliness made me feel right at home. Their attentive service, always accompanied by a smile, ensured that every need was met promptly and efficiently. The rooms were spacious and thoughtfully designed, offering the perfect space to relax and unwind after exploring the stunning sights of Sikkim. Cleanliness and comfort were impeccable, adding an extra layer of joy to my stay. The location was equally remarkable, providing convenient access to local attractions and offering breathtaking views of the majestic mountains surrounding Gangtok.

The rooms are really good and big, however the hotel location is far from good. There's only one waterfall to see otherwise it is very far from the city centre. There is nothing to eat out, the MG road market is too far, and very few transportation options go back to the hotel. The breakfast and dinner is limited with hardly any choice and the cooking staff is very much ignorant about the food preferences of guests. The room service was however good enough. But, I won't go back to stay here.

I recently enjoyed a fantastic stay at the hotel. The room itself was incredibly spacious and luxurious, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. But what truly made the experience special was the staff. Their kindness and humility were evident throughout my stay, making me feel truly welcome and valued.

My best friend and I recently stayed at Alpha Omega Gangtok on a pre-wedding trip, our first time visiting the north-east. The entire experience was fantastic, thanks to the staff's incredible hospitality. Any minor issue we had was resolved immediately, and the location of the hotel was perfect--peaceful yet conveniently on the highway, and right next to the stunning Ban Jhankari Falls. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and Mr. Suman, the operations manager, went out of his way to ensure our trip ran smoothly. Our tour was organized by Emmanuel Tours and Travels, which included not just the popular spots but also unique, offbeat locations, giving us a true feel of the region. Mr. Das, our driver, was professional and experienced, making our journey from Gangtok to Pelling seamless. A special mention goes to Sanjay, who ensured we enjoyed authentic, home-like food throughout our stay. The meals were one of the highlights, making the experience even better. The staff's punctuality, attention to detail, and warmth made this trip memorable. I highly recommend Alpha Omega Gangtok and their tour packages. Thanks to Mr. Suman and his team, we can't wait to return!

The experience of staying in this hotel was very pleasant. The property is also new and luxurious. And the staff is very homely, And I am very satisfied that I have stayed here and if I come to Gangtok in the future I will stay in this same hotel. We have stayed here for a total of three nights during our trip of Sikkim. Our experience with them has been very satisfying. They try their best to make us comfortable. The food is good and the staff is very polite and helpful. So if the distance from the market is not a problem for you,then this is one of the best choice for your stay at Gangtok.

Hotel rooms are very neat and clean.We have taken stay in may month for 3 days.Manager and staff is very courteous.It is just 5 km away from market but in 300-400/You can get taxi for that.But location is excellent for nature lover and very peaceful .It is just 2 min distance to Banzakhri waterfall which is very beautiful. FOOD IS AWESOME AND SERVICE IS EXCELLENT. Staff is very hardworking.

Excellent experience, awesome location just next to Banjhakri falls. All the staffs are very helpful and caring. Service is very good. The manager Mr. Suman is very humble and he himself takes care of the necessities of the guests. One of the staff named Sanjay even accompanied us for the nearby banjhakri visit and specially cooked food for us on our request.We would like to visit again.
