Good stay. Could have provided more amenities in the room. Overall satisfactory stay. Hotel staff was friendly, provided us with the details of cabs, tours and other attractions. Sandeep from the restaurant staff made arrangements on request to make our stay and experience pleasant. Thanks. I would recommend this property. Room was spacious with great views of the valley.

We had gone with family during the month of may.. we had such an amazing stay. The property is beautiful and the view from the club rooms are amazing... the staff was so adjusting and kind to all of us throughout our stay. We had luckily gotten to see Mt Kanchenjunga from our room so that completed our trip beautifully. |Again the property and staff is very good.|If your looking to stay somewhere in Gangtok I would really recommend this property!!

Loving our stay here in the hotel. The staff is very friendly, food and house keeping is great too. ||Deepa at the dining hall, she took great care of us. ||||Our house keeping staff Sumina and Pema did fantastic job. They made such great efforts to make beautiful bedding art, loved it. ||||We're enjoying our stay so far and we're looking forward to visiting Denzong Regency again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful hotel, and I must say it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. The location offers a truly picturesque view--waking up to such serene and breathtaking scenery every morning was a highlight of our trip. The hospitality was top-notch. Every staff member we encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, which made the stay all the more special. A special mention goes to the wonderful birthday surprise arranged for Mr. Samir Thapa. The room was beautifully decorated, and the effort put into every little detail truly touched our hearts. It made the celebration unforgettable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing stay with great service and unforgettable memories. We'll definitely be coming back!

Stayed in two Heritage Deluxe rooms for 4 nights/5 days. The hotel is in a great location, very close to M.G. Market. Breakfast was excellent with lots of variety. However, dinner (a la carte, not part of the package) was not up to the mark - food and service could definitely improve. Housekeeping was excellent and the staff was very polite and helpful throughout our stay. Some amenities like the gym and spa were not available due to renovation. Overall, a nice experience - with a few improvements, it can be even better. Keep it up!

The hotel's location was excellent, and my stay was very comfortable. The room was neat and clean. From the reception to the dining area, the staff, including housekeeping, were well-trained, polite, and had a positive attitude. The quality of the food was good, with a great variety available. I am sure that if I or my family and friends visit again, I will recommend this hotel to them.

Excellent room service and housekeeping.|Pema and Sukmaya were very helpful and kind for the the entire stay. They did multiple decorations in th room which made our stay more beautiful and made us felt good after long hectic day. It was a relaxing experience.
