Daksha Tarayana Grand Hotel

Wow! My stay at DAKSHA hotel exceeded all expectations. The service was not just great, it was outstanding! The food? Absolutely delicious - every single bite. And the staff were some of the most well-mannered and helpful people I've encountered. Oh, and that view! Seriously amazing. This was truly an amazing experience and I'm already planning my next visit!

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Dakshya Taranya Grand in Gangtok, Sikkim. The staff were extremely polite, courteous, and always ready to help, making our stay truly pleasant. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless and well-maintained, adding to the comfort. A special mention for their thoughtful arrangement of Jain food for both breakfast and dinner - it was a big plus and deeply appreciated. The view from the rooms was absolutely stunning, offering a serene and calming vibe that made our trip even more relaxing. If you're looking for a peaceful place to stay with great hospitality, I highly recommend this hotel!

Hotel Taranya Grand - A very good hotel. We stayed for 2 days, and honestly, the grand welcome they gave us on arrival made us feel like royalty. I almost looked around to see if they were mistaking us for someone else! We had two mountain view rooms. The stunning hills and misty peaks right outside our windows made us feel like we were living inside a travel postcard. Service? Top-notch! The staff were so cooperative and sweet, I half-expected them to tuck me into bed and read me a bedtime story. Rooms are spacious- and packed with all the basic things you need (plus the good vibes). The buffet dinners and breakfasts were also pretty decent - not the boring "bread and jam" scene. Now, the only tiny so-called "issue" people talk about is that the hotel is a bit far from MG Marg. Honestly, unless you're planning to open a souvenir shop, who cares? MG Marg is a nice place for a one-time stroll, buy a fridge magnet or two, and call it a day. In today's world of Amazon, Flipkart, and 1-day deliveries, you're not really missing much. In short: I loved my stay here and 10/10 would recommend it to anyone visiting. If you want mountain views, great service, and the kind of welcome that makes you feel like a lost prince, this is your place!

The rooms were neat and clean, staff and their services were upto the mark, food was good and rooms look as shown in MMT pictures. Bathroom to bedsheets and blanket, everything very clean. Staff response is very good. Only thing is it is 3.5 km away from MG Marg. Bt taxis are available in that route. It's a quiet place in the mountains, away from the chaos.

From start to finish, this hotel exceeded all expectations. The staff was incredibly warm and attentive, making us feel truly valued. I had a very bad experience regarding payment. We paid 500 for an oxygen bottle, but out of the 10 staff members, no one knows who received the money. We've been calling them for the past six days, and they're still trying to find the person. There's no proper management in place. I would advise not going there.

Property is actually a 3 star, But Is not Maintained like a 3 star Staff need some training, dinner was Good but Breakfast was average It is 3 km far from MG market, but according to the price range This property is good,

The place of hotel is secluded from Gangtok if you want a private space it's ok but for local market place..not advised.Better choose hotels which are closed to main market during your stay otherwise you have to walk a lot.It is a good stay if you are there for two days maximum but food was nice though. Overall it was spacious stay
