Central Hill Resort The Mall Road Gangtok

My recent stay at Central Hill Resort is a fantastic option for both families and solo travelers. It offers great value, comfort, and a warm atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. I'd gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Gangtok.

Worst service,we booked the room for two nights with one night's advance payment but when we just reached they started asking for the full payment. I never faced this issue in any hotel, every time I clear all the remaining payment at the time of checkout. On the first night when we were going to sleep I found the bedsheet had periods stain and the mattress was very old dirty,I requested to give another bedsheet but this time it was more dirty that the previous one.They said the bedsheets are clean but of old stock, it was impossible for us to sleep with that bedsheet,then finally they managed another one that was too untidy but little bit better so we managed somehow. Very unhygienic property.Only the positive side I found was the breakfast. They have buffet breakfast and the food was good.

The room size is acceptable, but cleanliness and hygiene are completely lacking. Although breakfast is scheduled for 8 AM, it was consistently delayed. Overall, I do not recommend this place -- it's not worth the money.

One of the Best property close to MG marg with all amenities and services provided. Imran and team was quite helpful starting from processing the formalities Until we checked out. He certainly deserves a promotion and a good hike for going all out to help customers with his customer service skills. Hotel rooms were clean and hot water available throughout 24/7 and the proximity to city was an advantage. Thanks to the entire team for making our stay in Gangtok Central hill resort a memorable one :-)

Comfort & Luxury at a Great Price This hotel offers the perfect blend of affordability and luxury. I stayed in a Premium Room with Balcony, and it was absolutely worth it! The bed was super comfortable, the views were amazing, and the food at the restaurant was delicious. Would love to stay here again!

Had a great stay at central hill hotel..staffs were very helpful and polite..good service provided by the all the staffs..must say that the food is very good at reasonable price..hotel is located at the heart of the city with good parking space..will definitely book my stay here in my next visit to Gangtok..Thankyou guys for your great hospitality and good management.

Had an amazing stay. Everything was upto the mark. Hotel was clean. Rooms were spacious and the view from room was mesmerizing ....... During the time of check everything was good. All the staffs were friendly as well as well helpful
