Absolutely incredible experience from start to finish! The service was top-notch--every staff member was welcoming, professional, and genuinely went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The room was immaculate, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable--truly a home away from home. And the food? Absolutely delicious. Every meal was a delight, with fresh ingredients and thoughtful presentation. I couldn't have asked for a better stay. Definitely a solid 5-star experience across.

Service and food both were excellent thank you so much avianna. The Receptionist: Priyanka was really helpful, attentive to our needs incredibly efficient and friendly. My check-in was so smooth and easy, and they were always happy to help with any questions I had. The room had comfy beds with beautiful view

It is excellent and scenic place to stay and enjoy the nature. We the group of nine persons from Hyderabad are cherished to carry the memorable moments back home with the fine service by all the crew of the resort where we stayed all these days stay and enjoy the nature wave group of Hyderabad

We stayed here for a couple of days and the staff was extremely friendly. Ever since we got here, all our needs were catered to. We also had a lot of conversations with the staff and everyone included and they were nice enough to respond to it in a professional and helping manner. We didn't have complaints about the food or cleanliness but we did have a request regarding the menu and they did arrange for it within twenty four hours thus ensuring a good overall experience.

The best thing of here is the staffs The receptionist Aabhash rai. He is very humble and so lovable person. The view from the rooms is damn good. The food the dine in is gooooddd. At the restaurant sangeeta the best person is there to serve you the best food and she provides the excellent service to u. Belive me she is so gooddddd. At the end I wanna say Just come here and make yourself happy...

It's a quaint and tasteful hotel located away from the hustle and bustle of Gangtok city, about 10 mins away from town, making it a quiet getaway. Perfect for family visits or for couples on their honeymoon. View of a flowing stream can be seen from the rooms. Food in the Mad monkey restaurant was tasty, but slightly more expensive than expected. Service could be elevated further. Overall, a wonderful experience when on holiday in Sikkim!
