Avianna Gangtok Prime Hotel & Spa

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely fantastic experience. The rooms were spotless--clean, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable. But what truly took my breath away were the views from the balcony. Waking up to those stunning scenes every morning was a highlight of my trip, what impressed me even more was the level of service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every need was met with a smile. From check-in to checkout, they were attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. It's rare to find service this good. Overall, this hotel exceeded all my expectations. Clean rooms, incredible views, and exceptional service--what more could you ask for? I will definitely be returning and recommending it to friends and family. My special thanks to the incharge Varsha ji, she was wonderful and made sure that I enjoy my trip.

We recently stayed here for 2 nights and we were very pleased with everything overall. The room was excellent, we had a family room, it was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The bathroom was excellent too in all respects. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Varsha and her team are all doing a great job. Just one point where there could be some improvement, the dining room needed more vigilant cleaning, because some guests were messy with food spilt on the floor.. Location is very convenient and though just off the main road it was not at all noisy. We enjoyed our stay with Avianna Gangtok Prime!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was truly excellent -- right from check-in to check-out, the staff ensured a smooth and comfortable experience. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and every request was promptly attended to. The food service also deserves a special mention. The meals were delicious and well-presented. I would especially like to commend Mr. #Sewak in the restaurant. His courteous demeanor, attention to detail, and warm hospitality made every meal a delightful experience. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service and a pleasant stay.

We had a wonderful two-day stay at this resort in Gangtok. The experience was truly peaceful and comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with a smile. The highlight was undoubtedly the stunning river view--both from the rooms and the hotel itself--which added to the serene and relaxing ambiance. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, making our stay all the more enjoyable. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of options to savor. Overall, a fantastic stay, and we'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting Gangtok!

First and foremost excellent location - footbridge to MG Marg just in front, taxi stand just beside the hotel, and West Side Mall just beside. Additionally clean and warm rooms, amazing views from balcony and very good service. Breakfast spread is also sufficient but lacks non veg options. In summers, rooms can be uncomfortable due to no AC or fans.

Had a great experience staying at Gangtok Prime. The hotel is very close to MG Marg and West Point shopping mall so the car can directly drop you at the hotel. The hospitality of the staff is amazing. The rooms are big and had beautiful valley view. We opted for the executive room with balcony. The food is great and there is a lift as well. 24/7 hot water and security is available. The breakfast buffet was great. I have nothing but good words. Will definitely stay here again if I am in Gangtok.

Good hotel. It is right beside MG Road so walkable from the market. All the nearby places are good. It is right beside West Point Mall. The staff is good however I had a bad experience because they weren't accommodating to my request. We were checking out at 7 am and requested for early breakfast but they said they are only able to serve boiled eggs and sandwiches. We wanted to get omelettes but they weren't accommodating. This was the only point I wanted to mention. Overall it is a good place. However if you visit during colder times, be mindful that you will be paying extra for a heater. Also, the water is not that warm. Bonus points for the view, we had a corner room and the view did not disappoint!
