Terrace Valley Hotel Gangtok

I faced several challenges during my stay yesterday, despite this being my second visit. The kitchen was closed by 7:30 PM with no dinner service available, and basic requests like a plate and cutlery were not fulfilled. Additionally, no staff responded to repeated calls regarding lighting and water issues. Quite disappointing overall.

The view is great, I travel more than 15km just to feel the view along with a coffee.

Nice hotel, kinda old-fashioned though. Rooms were alright. Food and service were good.

Pride Valley Terrace has very large spacious rooms. Value for money. Service staff is responsive and attends to your issues promptly. The hotel has a good ambience. Thank you for making our stay comfortable.

Beautiful property, huge spacious rooms and polite courteous staff. Complimentary breakfast was also good with a lot of options. Overall had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend.

Extremely rude and drunk staff, we reached late night around 11 pm which is late for sikkim , the staff was drunk, had an altercation with our driver who was a local, because they were drunk they could not differentiate between guests and locals and manhandled us till we had to call the police to save us , once the police came and gave them a thrashing of thier life times they came back to their senses, families , ladies , girls pls avoid this hotel

We stayed here with family for 3 nights. Rooms are good with valley view. But it's restorent is not serving food as per expectations and also charge is too high. Bar is also very highly expensive. Location is 10 to 12 km from m g road. Overall ok.
