Was hopeful, it's a well made building but the upkeep and management needs work. AC frequently stops working, toilets don't flush properly, tv remotes barely work, among its many issues. It's the small things that add up and really take away from the experience, and there are too many things that added up during my stay. Especially if you're paying for a resort and spa (with no active spa), you can pay a fraction of the price and get a much better experience at a hotel.
