Property is good, One Swimming pool is empty, no water In second pool water was very dirty. Surrounding was dirty, Prices was very high, No taste. Staff very arrogant No value for money

Manager makes fool of customers in buy 2 get 1 offer. They don't guide u well . At d end they would charge for everything nd don't apply d offer nd will make excuses for charging money. even after realising their mistake won't refund your money. This attitude towards customers is very rude. Highly disappointed. Their policies are not clear at all.

Third class service here...it is worst experience of my life....even chair is not sufficient for sitting... Not recommend to people of bikaner.... Kahi aur chale jana but yaha aa kr insult mt krwana...

I'm not happy with the service we received and beyond our expectations we saw cheep crowd and they are misbehave with my family. I suggest to KMR authority kindly allow genuine crowd.

Worst experience.cheated in doing billing, food was not good at all ,they took more than 1 hour to service food.
