Zone Connect by The Park, Udaipur

My review will be based upon 3 points. 1. The staff: Not very good and welcoming. I have not seen much but the 1st experience with them was not at all good. They lack basic common sense of hospitality. 2. Services: The hotel does not gets you 24 hours hot water for bath, yes you read it right, you need to ask them for it. They stated it's a company's policy. 3. Food for breakfast: Most of the options were same, for 3 days I had the same things. Not a problem for me but it will be for many. All in all, if the hotel gets better staff, services and food, it would be great. I sense most of the people work there because they just work, the company doesn't intend to hire good employees. But that's my personal take, if you plan to go, this can be just a quick stay of 24-30 hours. Thanks.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. It was not like the other Park hotel. Overall 2 star category hotel. Quality of rooms and building is not good. Hotel occupancy was also quite low. Room AC doesn't cool fast. It takes 2-3 hours for proper cooling. Swimming pool water was not clean. Bathroom condition was also not upro the mark. Food was good. However breakfast spread was the almost same with minor changes on both days.

Harsh from front desk is very supportive. Good front office staff, breakfast food taste is pretty average, availability of dosas for breakfast would be appreciated. Rooms were good & spacious. Faucets needs fixing. Rest stay was comfortable

The check in process was very smooth, and the rooms were quite appealing. The hotel is a bit outside the main city, so major tourist spots are quite far, but the service was nice. I also had breakfast here, and it was absolutely the best. We were late for checkout, but the staff was very understanding and they didn't rush us or demand any extra charges. Really appreciated their hospitality!

It was a family vacation so I must say perfect place to stay with family. The staff being very courteous. Kids had a great time at the pool.|The room was great, the hotel is centrally located.|Breakfast can be better, a few more variety can be added.|I would definitely recommend the hotel.|Thanks to the hotel staff and management for making our trip so memorable.

Worst hotel experience ever! I booked Zone Connect by The Park, Udaipur, on 13 March to 16 March 2025 through Make my trip on non refundable basis expecting a relaxing stay, but it turned out to be a complete nightmare. The hotel reeked of sewage, making it unbearable to stay inside. The air conditioning didn't work, and despite multiple complaints, the staff didn't care at all. To top it off, the staff was beyond rude and unprofessional, making the entire experience even worse. I had no choice but to leave and book another hotel, which cost me extra money and unnecessary stress. And guess what? No refund was provided! This place is a scam zero customer service, disgusting conditions, and absolute mismanagement. Save yourself the trouble and STAY FAR AWAY!

Commendable stay.Pleasant stay and overall good facilities/ amenities. Behaviour and hospitality of the staffs are quite appreciable. Food was good and locality was safe & secure. Most of the major tourist spots were nearby the hotel location.
