Trident Hotel Udaipur

Absolutely amazing hotel in a great location with exceptional service and staff. The place is a quiet retreat, beautiful long walkways and lawns with peacocks strolling in front of the room. Very tranquil. The staff is used to managing very high profile clients with utmost privacy. The restaurant service and options were exceptional for all meals. You really don't need to leave the property. Special shout out to Kajal, Abhishek and Ankita in the restaurant. They were on top of their game with all customers. What a delight.

We had a very nice stay at the Trident based mainly based on the excellent service we experienced, especially at the restaurant. Nishant and Kajal are doing an amazing job at such a young age which is incredible. Breakfast is great - had one of the best eggs Benedict there.|Rooms are a bit small and quite traditional in the design but very clean. The water pressure in the shower is amazing and was one of the best during our whole trip through India. The bed was very comfortable and house keeping did an amazing job. |Wifi was a bit weak but not a huge issue, though. The pool is actually quite nice but a bit small for the number of rooms. There are only 18 sun beds and at the first day the pool was very crowded while there were literally no other guests at the pool on the second day. The gym is quite ok - you can do your basics but that`s it. ||Overall it was very a nice stay and we would definitely come back again.

Trident Udaipur has been one of the favourite staycation hotels for our family. This is the 4th stay in the last two years for us. This time the experience was not great as the service standards and the attitude of staff was much below par. For the first day we gave the staff the benefit of doubt but when the same attitude continued for the second day, my husband spoke to the restaurant manager and pointed this out. The manager apologised and promised to step up the standards. To their credit the service did improve thereafter especially in the dinner time. However the point was not individual complaint but overall service and attitude standard. The service standards and welcoming attitude needs to be improved everywhere right from restaurants to the facilities. |Oberoi group is known for setting the service benchmarks and this time it fell short. We hope that this was a glitch and things will be brought to the previous standards.|Would have given the rating at 3 stars if the service would not have improved on the last day of our stay. |The food was good and the ambience was excellent. A good hotel which needs to go to the top with improved service standards.

This is my 1st (business) trip to Udaipur. I was so happy with my decision to book the room at Trident. Both Oberoi and Trident are located in the same campus. I am told Oberoi is bit expensive, and is meant for super rich guys. Whereas Trident is affordable. The hotel is well maintained with gardens, cycle track, walking track, and so on. Rooms are so since, bed is excellent. You feel like you are staying in a mini Jungle. Restaurant is also very good with friendly staff, food is good. I recommend family trips to this hotel (as children would enjoy a lot), although this is also good hotel for business trips as well. The hotel is next to a big lake. Hotel has about 10 boats for lake ride (free of cost, I am told). I didn't use boat ride due to time constraint, but I did cycling in the campus. I am planning to take my family soon for vacation here.

Stayed here for only one night and last minute on a breakfast and dinner deal. Food was very good. Room size was not particularly big, room amenities were excellent. Hotel very clean, good attention to detail, grounds and pool are great. Hotel Staff were all amazing, all very helpful and welcoming, always acknowledging, over and above with exceptional customer service.

A two day trip during second week of April at Trident Udaipur made pleasant and comfortable courtsey chef Suyash. He ensured that my mom's dietary preferences were well taken care of across meals. Kudos to his servicing and culinary skills. Also, a special mention for Amit at the front desk, who ensured a smooth check out experience for us. All in all a good time. Look forward to our next visit.

Perfect staycation with family and friends so highly recommend this property. Sevices and hospitality and food was awesome, all are upto the mark of Resort so we all are enjoyed a lot all the amenities are good. So must visit this property with your friends

Love the hospitality and service, well-behaved staff members. Food was really good with various options. Lake view is just stunning, peaceful environment. Local shops are at walking distance away. Loved our stay here , would definitely recommend it.
