The Ramvilas - A Rooftop Pichola Lake View Hotel

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious food and loved the convenient location close to major attractions. We are highly thankful to mr. Gajendra ji and Bhanwar ji and Ms. Priyanshi ji for their valuable services

The overall experience was good , rooms are neat & spacious . The property is located on an ideal location, transport & market is easily accessible. Overall ambience & rooms are authentic but there are certain areas that need to be improved- 1. Breakfast quality can be better 2. Services should be improved and fast 3. Needs to hire more staff for different floors & different tasks ( especially male attendants) 4. Restaurant & rooftop area need maintenance & cleaned. Thanks

It was excellent stay. Staff were awesome. Food quality was superb. Value for money. Location is great, i would say it was the central place and overall it was a awesome stay.

We opted for a premium suite room, but our experience from check-in to check-out was nothing short of terrible. The hotel was still under construction, and the staff was extremely impolite. Despite being promised a suite, we were given a regular premium room. There was no hot water, and after multiple requests, we were finally provided with a bucket of hot water. To make things worse, the bathroom started overflowing while we were bathing. The next morning, breakfast was almost finished by 8 AM. Additionally, while the online check-out time was listed as 12 PM, we were unexpectedly asked to vacate the room by 10 AM. Given a choice, I would much rather stay in a Jain Dharmashala than at Ramvilas Hotel.

Worssstt experience ever I recently had a very disappointing stay at this hotel (The ramvilas ) From the moment I walked into my room, I was hit with an unbearable smell that lingered throughout my entire stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was another major issue. The common areas were dirty, with dust and debris scattered around, giving the impression that the hotel was not being properly maintained. To make matters worse, the hotel was undergoing construction during my visit. This was not mentioned when I booked my stay, and the noise from the construction work was incredibly disruptive. It started early in the morning and continued throughout the day, making it impossible to enjoy any peace and quiet. The combination of the bad smell, dirty areas, and constant noise made my experience extremely unpleasant. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and clean place to stay.

I recently had the most terrible experience at this ramvilass hotel in Udaipur. From the moment I entered the room, an unbearable stench made it almost impossible to stay. Despite multiple complaints, the staff was indifferent and did nothing to resolve the issue. The service was just as disappointing. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and completely unresponsive to even the most basic requests. Instead of being helpful, they seemed annoyed whenever we approached them for assistance. The food was another disaster. It was stale, tasteless, and completely overpriced. Even the simplest dishes were poorly prepared, making dining at the hotel an absolute nightmare. Given the exorbitant rates they charge, one would expect at least decent quality, but it was far from it. To top it all off, the hotel's pricing is a complete rip-off. For the amount they charge, the facilities and services are nowhere near acceptable. Staying here felt like throwing money away for an experience I wouldn't wish on anyone. I strongly advise against booking this hotel. There are plenty of better options in Udaipur that offer far superior service, food, and cleanliness at much better prices. Avoid this place at all costs!

Good boutique hotel. Neat and clean. Washrooms are great. Include ur breakfast while booking. Its super awesome. Also the view from restaurant is awesome. U can see city palace from it. Stayed there for 3 days during stay in udaipur. U may also stay. Cheers

Great experience. Very kind and helpful staff. Had a blast here. There is also a rooftop cafe and a lounge with live music. You can view the Pichola lake from here. Rooms are big and have basic necessities plus more. Food is also delicious. Near the local market. Recomend staying here.
