The Fern Residency Udaipur

We had a truly delightful experience at your restaurant during our recent kitty party. The food and other offerings were excellent -- delicious, well-prepared, and thoroughly enjoyed by everyone.||||What stood out the most was the humble and courteous behavior of your staff, which made us feel truly welcomed and comfortable. The seating arrangements were also thoughtfully done, adding to the pleasant ambiance.||||We sincerely thank you for your warm hospitality. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the gathering, and we will definitely recommend your restaurant for similar events in the future.

Booked it through app, but unlike few other site experiences, we were offered the same as promised. Welcome drink was a nice gesture. Staff right from the desk(Ravi, Naveen, Vidhi, Tina ) to room service to restaurant was very friendly and professional. Rooms were very spacious and nicely prepared for the guests, natural light in the room was a positive point of our stay. Bathrooms were fine with accessories. Room service and people serving here was very good. we were at third floor and motivation writing/poster about climbing stairs made us to walk all the three days we stayed there!!!! Restaurant was managed by very professionally and the Jai Parkash team leader of the hospitability staff there along with all members(Jaspreet Navneet, Roshni, Supriyo) were very friendly too. Overall nice place to stay.|Only one suggestion I want to make is that they must have some person for Car wash to as I drove there and it became very dirty, but no such facility in hotel and near by

Rooms are good, as business traveller I find comfortable environment. Mr Jaiprakash from Restaurant, always impresses with service and hospitality. His politeness and empathetic approach is commendable. His presence makes the difference. Mr Akshit is agile and helpful. Good customer service experience. Incase Mr Jaiprakash duty shift is over, the Restaurant becomes average, breakfast quality suffers. Certainly not matching a 4 star Hotel standards. Paratha half cooked, tea at room temperature, slow service. Compared to any other Fern like Jaipur, Varanasi etc needs improvement. Mr. Naresh has a casual approach. Hope this feedback supports for improvement and nurturing the good talent.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Fern Residency Udaipur. The service was top-notch, and I was impressed with the attentiveness of the staff. Special thanks to the Manager and Ms. Chanda for their exceptional hospitality. The restaurant staff also deserves a special mention--they were friendly and quick to serve, making dining a delightful experience. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming, and I felt well taken care of throughout my stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Udaipur!

The restaurants is very hyegenic , food quality and taste is top notch. .had a wonderfull experience dining here a must visit place even the ambience is very soothing . When I visited the carnival was going in where you can taste different varieties of chaat and lassi with a live music. The staff is also very good especially Navneet

Ambience is attractive & Luxurious. Rooms are beautiful and comfortable. Service of staff members is very supportive and mainly Navneetji is so polite, she calmly provided service relating to serving food multiple times whenever my children asked. Thank you team

My stay at The Fern Udaipur was mostly positive. The location was great, and the service was good -- they even gave me a room well before the official check-in time, which was much appreciated. However, the breakfast was average and lacked variety. I also had lunch at the hotel restaurant, but it didn't live up to expectations. The food was average, and the service was disappointing -- it took a long time for the food to arrive. Despite these issues, the overall experience was good.

The rooms are quite small. No kids play area. The rooftop restaurant was under renovation. It should have been mentioned. Food is good. The service of staff is nice. Thank you Ms Navneet and Ms Roshni for the great service in restaurant.
