My wife and I stayed at Taj Fateh Prakash for a 4-night babymoon, and it truly exceeded our expectations!||The Staff ensured we had a pleasant stay right from the time we arrived. They made us feel cared and pampered knowing this was a special getaway. |They provided us with the best room, which was spacious, serene and beautifully made overlooking the Lake Pichola. |A welcome bouquet and congratulation from the staff on the upcoming arrival made it feel much more personal & thoughtful. ||The pool area overlooking the Lake Pichola was serene. We spend our mornings lounging, chilling and enjoying the beauty of the place. ||Dining was another standout. The team ensured that we have the best of the options available. They also pampered us with small sweet tangy foods during the evening time. The Breakfast spread and the Ala carte menu for Lunch & Dinner was as expected. ||The Property itself is a heritage property set within the City palace and hence all the decor, furniture are aligned as per the heritage standard which really stands the property apart. ||Having said that, what really set our stay in the Hotel was the level of warmth & care given by each staff of the Property. We may not be able to name all of them but would like to point out two of them. ||Ms Shivangi Somani who welcomed us and ensured all the trivial things were taken care off and bid adieu to us with a lovely souvenir which will we cherish! |We would also like to thank our Mr Bhupendra ji who ensured that our room was always neat & clean and stocked up with all the essentials. ||Highly recommend to any expecting couple who wants to just relax and enjoy the escape!

I stayed at Taj Fateh Prakash Palace and was impressed by the hospitality. Shivangi coordinated everything and made sure I had a great experience. She took care of every little details and made sure that we have the best time with fond memories. I remember asking for guidance about restaurants andother stuff and Shivangi was very willing to not only assist but make sure I get all the facilities. She even made sure that we feel special by arranging gifts and experiences for the occasion. My entire stay at Taj was wonderful and it was bolstered by wonderful, warm welcome by Shivangi. I would definitely visit again as long as they have amazing staff like Shivangi. Thanks so much for making our trip memorable.

I was apprehensive about staying here after trying to deal with their Taj Neupass program in order to book a member rate; communication was abysmal and to be honest dealing with the hotel via email and phone was difficult at times, they even sent my booking confirmation back to themselves and did not notice this even after I repeatedly asked for it. ||Once I got to the hotel however I was glad I took the chance, the property is in a great location and is very well maintained. It is old/historic and yes a touch up or light refurb would spruce up the place, but the patina should be expected.Some of the room furnishing may be a little austere, but the common areas of the hotel are beautiful, especially at night and the views of the river are stunning. The a/c kept the room chilled even when it was 40 degrees outside. The heritage tour and sunset cruise (albeit overpriced) are worth joining. There's a small gym with limited equipment and a pool with river views.||Breakfast was decent, a small buffet and some dishes made to order. It is a relatively small hotel however and the selection should keep most people happy. Dinner at the restaurant was great, excellent service and fabulous food, especially the naan (I stuck to local dishes but there was a wide selection of cuisines). Service at the hotel was great, and whilst it may not be as flashy or new as some of the other hotels in the city it is a solid choice. Ubers are very unreliable in the city so book a car if you want to explore the area and dont want to walk.

Amazing experience! My room in-charge Tania was super helpful and took care of every little thing for me. Whenever I called Tania for any kind of assistance even at night to book a restaurant or taxi, she picked up my call and assisted me very warmly. Thank you Tania!! ||Also, there is one restaurant in Fateh Prakash called the Sunset Restaurant, the staff managing that restaurant is really nice and courteous. The food is good there too! ||Overall, it was a great experience at Fateh Prakash!

A Truly Unforgettable 3-Night Stay at Taj Fatehprakash, Udaipur Our family and friends spent three magical nights at Taj Fatehprakash, and it was beyond perfect. Special thanks to Mr. Santosh, Director of Operations, whose leadership and personal touch set the tone for our entire stay, and to GM Devvrath Singh for upholding the highest service standards. A warm shout-out to Shivangi, Front Office Manager, and Guest Host Ayush--they looked after every detail and made everything effortless. The housekeeping team also deserves applause for keeping our rooms spotless. We were delighted by a generous room upgrade that connected all four of our rooms to a shared terrace. Evening chats, laughter, and the cool lakeside breeze with the Taj Lake Palace view made those moments truly special. Day after day, Chef Hemant surprised us with delicious creations, and Lalit Singh Shaktawat added a warm, personal touch at every meal. Even our early-morning departure was seamless, thanks to beautifully packed breakfast boxes ready at 6 a.m. From the peaceful, well-curated rooms and smooth parking to the scenic restaurant and thoughtful gestures throughout, every corner of Taj Fatehprakash felt like home. Visiting the Taj Lake Palace itself was the icing on the cake. Honestly, nothing could have been better. Thank you, Team Taj, for memories we'll cherish forever

We went for lunch to Taj Fateh Prakash. Great location, fantastic ambience & excellent service. This definitely was one of the highlights of our Udaipur trip. Due to dietary restrictions, we had preordered couple of items and the team ensured that the food was prepared accordingly. The hospitality extended by Ramesh ji ensured that we enjoyed every moment of our lunch visit. The service offered was par excellence. Kudos to him. Great job! All in all we had a great time!

Great view of lake with amazing sunset. Staff was well trained and courteous. The royal feel of heritage property was mesmerising. Rooms were clean and spotless lenin with all required amenities. Food was good too. Overall it was great experience and value for money.
