Sterling Jaisinghgarh - Udaipur

The hotel is at a Good location in vicinity of The Oberoi Udai vilas so connectivity is good. Old city is at 10 min distance. The rooms have ample space with Heritage feel. Staff is Co operative and friendly. Large amount of options available in breakfast. Food is also great. You'll have a good experience.

One of the better tie up properties of Sterling. Sterling Jaisinghgarh is a medium sized hotel with a small pool and rooftop terrace restaurant. Rooms are decently appointed, large in size and offer most amenities any traveller will need.||The restaurant is easily the jewel in the crown of this hotel and we'll worth paying for even if they need you to prepay for meals in advance. A special shout out to Amit and Kritik for making our dining experiences so much more special with their customized service. We enjoyed our study here thoroughly and would recommend this hotel to others with a couple of suggestions. Some minor issues included a roach and a lizard in the room, and being offered a room in a separate wing at the end. We suggest insisting on getting a room on the first floor of the main building as these are the best rooms in the hotel.||Pro tip - If you have prepaid for your meals, make sure you call the restaurant in advance. Speak to Amit or Kritik to organize a special meal for you like Dal bati churma, etc and they will do so. Their dal bati was the best we've had in the city and a good option to consider if you are dining at the hotel.

I had the pleasure of staying at this charming hotel, and I must say, the experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel like family. A special mention goes to Komal at the reception - she was incredibly warm, helpful, and genuinely sweet. She provided excellent guidance on city tours, ensuring that my days in Udaipur were packed with the best experiences. The restaurant staff, particularly Amit, deserves high praise as well. He was not only polite but also went out of his way to offer exceptional service, making each meal enjoyable. The buffet menu was diverse and delicious, catering to all tastes, and the overall dining experience was fantastic. The hotel's location is ideal, situated near both Fateh Sagar Lake and Pichola Lake, offering easy access to some of the most beautiful and iconic spots in Udaipur. If you're looking for a place with great service, comfortable accommodations, and an unbeatable location, I highly recommend this hotel. I'll definitely return!

An absolutely wonderful stay at STERLING JAISINGHGARH - Udaipur. We had to extend our stay by a day to enjoy their hospitality more. We have to mention their names, as they have given us all the possible service to make our stay the most memorable... Reception Desk Staff - Ms. Komal, Mr. Kishore and Mr. Parvez. Restaurant staff - Ms. Sudeshna, Mr. Amit, Mr. Sourabh, Mr. Subham, and the Wonder Chef - Mr. Rajkumar. Mr. Rajkumar made sure to feed us with specially prepared Jain food which had unforgettable taste. And cherry on the cake - Santoor Artist Mr. Salman with is Co-artist made sure our evenings were musical ones. To sum it up, amazing stay, amazing service by wonderful staff, lovely food. All the aspects to make one's stay very special and memorable one.

It's literally a guesthouse with the Sterling branding It is NOT a Sterling standard hotel. Absolutely zero hotel experience - from the entrance/ reception to your room. In fact, we were escorted to our room through a private parking area. Breakfast spread was average, quality/ taste was very poor. There were few stale items (sausages, bakery, South Indian chutneys) on both days we had breakfast. Room was spacious ( the only plus point) but the bathroom was as basic as it gets with rust clearly visible. Even basic amenities like a hairdryer , slippers etc (mentioned in their listing) were missing. There was no plug point in the bathroom. Cleanliness-wise, used plates from our room service remained outside our room even on Day 3 (when we checked out). Staff on service was fine. Location wise it's good , but you will find more hotel options on that road for your money's worth.

We had a good stay. The property has amenities like swimming pool and indoor games - carrom, ludo and even badminton. The are courteous and take care of our requirements. Ms Sudeshna and Mr. Prabhu are genuine and considerate staff members. We stayed here for 3 days and we did not have any issues or concerns..

We have very good service in the restaurant from Sudeshina. Helpful for non-Hindi speaking guests. The housekeeping lady was very responsive to our needs in the room. Not many Western tourists in this hotel but they went out of their way. ....

Excellent location and rooms. Friendly service. Honest staff. They made enormous efforts to reach us and return our airpod pro which we had dropped on the room floor by mistake. Truly appreciate their honesty and service.
