Oriental Palace Resorts

We recently booked this venue for a pool party. The food was good, and the service was decent. However, one major issue we faced was the lack of water in the bathrooms for post-pool showers -- something the venue did not inform us about beforehand. It's very important to have a proper shower after swimming to rinse off chlorine, and the absence of this basic facility was a big disappointment. If you are planning a pool party here, make sure to check and confirm this in advance.

I was really disappointed with the overall experience. The ambience was dull and not at all inviting. The lunch was below average--both in taste and presentation. To make matters worse, there was no air conditioning, which made it really uncomfortable to sit and enjoy the meal. Definitely not a place I'd recommend or visit again.

Rooms were good and location is in center of city, so overall a good place, breakfast is not good at all, so would suggest to order it from swiggy instead of including in package. Manager Lokesh Ji is very cooperative.

Enjoyed our 2 day stay there for a wedding. Food was not at all tasty. Ground is big and sufficient for the event. Decoration is ok - Good.

i attended a wedding here..after renovation this resort has improved well..now they have a big hall...can be used for small function like engagement haldi or birthday party..garden is good...a lot of parking space..

Rooms given were bad. Tap was giving electric shock due to faulty water heater. Very dangerous. Bathroom had no exhaust fan and no palace to keep toiletries. Room did not have any chairs.

Lovely place to stay and hospitality. They have made arrangements for member senior citizens free entertainment and indoor sports activities since last two decades.
