Hosted a 2 day off-site at this hotel. Beautiful bright spaces, exceptional service from the staff - room service, reception, banquet, support staff and house keeping - very friendly, helpful, responsive. Staff seem very happy, always smiling and wishing the guests and willing to oblige. The food options at the buffet were varied, delicious and with lots of local delicacies on offer. Special mention for Shiv and Abhishek who supported our event effortlessly. Thank you for this amazing experience.

Usually i don't give bad reviews.. but this time I have bad experience.. when we entered ..staff behave is good but when i asked is it 5 star resort or not ? Then they said no it is 4 star resort.but in google there is mentioned 5 star resort .. the room is not as good like photos ...we paid 7600.. breakfast is very bad experiences.. not fresh food.. bread sandwich and menduwada etc. all items are dry.. juice was tasteless.. just taste like water..no doubt staff behave is good... but food experience very bad..we included dinner...but staff said...there is no more people available . So buffet is not possible .. we ordered some food but not so tasty.. In short i don't recommended anyone to choose this resort.. staff behaves good..but all over staying experiences and food experiences as 4 star..was not worth it.. waste of money

Our room was quite large and airy. However, hygiene should be maintained for washrooms and equipment within the room. We felt the room was over priced. They call it a five star, but we would rate it a three. There was some construction going on in the premises. The parking was strewn with small nails. We had clear the way for us to walk and our car to pass safely without getting punctured by one. Just a feedback to the management to pay more attention to the maintenance of the hotel. It's a beautiful place if maintained well. Food and service is awesome. Staff is very polite and helpful.
