From the moment we arrived, the staff exhibited a complete lack of hospitality, treating us as if our presence was an inconvenience rather than that of valued guests. Their rude and dismissive attitude made the stay uncomfortable and frustrating, showing a clear disregard for basic customer service standards. Furthermore, the food quality was far below acceptable standards. The meals were poorly prepared, lacked freshness, and did not justify the prices. It was evident that little to no effort was made to ensure a satisfactory dining experience for guests. And they told they will not serve Jain food rudely. Overall, this hotel fails in multiple aspects, from staff behavior to food quality and general customer care. The atmosphere felt unwelcoming, and it was apparent that guest satisfaction is not a priority for the management. Given my experience, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a pleasant and hassle-free stay. There are far better options available where guests are treated with the respect and courtesy they deserve.

We stayed two nights at this hotel during our round trip in India, and it was a very pleasant experience. Nice, big and clean rooms. A rooftop terrace where we enjoyed our dinners in the sunset. Good food, good service. Deserves it's stars!

Luxury meets comfort is the defination of this property. I really loved the view from top and food is literally chef's kiss..Definitely try dahi kebab and mac and cheese. Rooms are very pretty and you can se lake view from the balcony. ||Definitely recommend for stay in Udaipur

This place is just too good. It is actually heaven on earth!!. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They make sure that you are comfortable throughout the stay. Very humble team. Special thanks to Mr Dinesh Dewasi and Mr Narapat! These two gentlemen were very polite, loving and caring!!! The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The lake view from restaurant is breathtaking. You can see the sunset whilst at the restaurant. 5th floor. The food was delicious. Chicken angara is a must try!! Quantity also was good. Breakfast also had good varieties and very fresh and delicious. The room was very spacious and the bathroom too. We are literally in love with this hidden Gem! 10 on 10 from us. My stay at Jhadol Vijay Vilas was extremely disappointing, and I strongly advise against staying there. Unlike the Jhadol Safari Resort, which offered great views, helpful staff, and good food,whereas at jhadol vijay vilas hotel's staff were unprofessional and rude, making us feel like an inconvenience. The food was of poor quality, and taste, and the overall service was unacceptable. One staff member even raised their voice at us when we asked for clarification on the breakfast as friend want to have jain food as he can't eat onion then ask for water. Staff said you have too much tantrum. The atmosphere was unwelcoming. This hotel fails in every aspect of hospitality, and I would never return. There are far better options where guests are treated with respect--avoid this place at all costs.

A beautifully appointed hotel with attentive and engaging staff - Dinesh and the restaurant team are welcoming and go that little bit extra to make your stay amazing. The pool was a treat , with swims and Gin & Tonics after a long day exploring the lakes and life of Udaipur. The rooms are very spacious and beds amazing Thanks team for a great stay
