We recently stayed at the resort, and the experience was far from satisfactory. The rooms were small, poorly maintained, and lacked basic amenities. The bedsheets and pillows were stained and seemed unchanged, while the tea kettle and washrooms were dirty. The pool was filthy and clearly not cleaned regularly. Food quality was subpar, with limited variety, and the staff was untrained and unprofessional. Basic necessities like proper toiletries and towels were either missing or of poor quality. Overall, the resort failed to deliver on even the most basic expectations. Not worth the money at all.

I visited this property in 2019 at that time it was fabulous in all the categories. But recently I visited on 13/jan/2025 to 15/jan/2025. It was one of the worst experience of my entire tour trips. Rooms are not as per expectations. Washroom flush is not working. Taps are not working properly. Hot cattle was in damaged condition. Many points are there. I could not able to explain here. But I will not suggest any to book this kind of property.

Property is good and located on hill with great view. I used to stay here always whenever i come to Udaipur. They used to take care of me perosnaly like a family member. They even know my nature, my favourite dishes, my coffee status. Everything perfect and suprb.

All services are good but changing room smell badly and not clean.. otherwise everything thing is good

5 reasons why don't go here: 1. Lack of Family Privacy: This hotel is not recommended for families. It is more appropriate for bachelors due to the lack of privacy and suitable facilities for family needs. 2. Swimming Pool Conditions: The swimming pool is not well-maintained. It contains insects and is generally dirty, making it unappealing and unhygienic. 3. Hot Water Availability: The hotel provides only limited hot water, lasting between 5 to 8 minutes, which is insufficient for comfortable bathing. 4. Food Quality: Although the food is reasonably priced, it falls short in terms of taste and overall quality. The dining experience is below average. 5. Room Size and Ventilation: The rooms are quite small and poorly ventilated. Some rooms do not have windows, leading to a stifling environment and discomfort. Overall, the hotel has significant issues that make it less suitable for families and those seeking a pleasant stay.

Worst place ever. No one available at reception area. No sense of talking No hygiene,zero cleanliness.I prefer to stay home rather than to stay at this place.

Beautiful place, good location, close to city, nice staff, good tasty rajastani food. Neat and clean rooms
