Me and my family, we had a great and pleasant stay at the Hotel. It is a little far off from the city but works in its advantage as its a quiet place for relaxing holidays. The staff is good and polite. They are soon upgrading their rooms to a better infrastructure. Looking forward to visit soon to experience the new modern facilities with great hospitality.

Had an amazing stay at this beautiful hotel nestled in the hills! The valley view room was as described and I have added pictures of the view from the room. It's very quiet and serene. Room was very spacious and spotlessly clean. Bed was comfortable and had luxury sheets. Food and service was great. The attendants at the breakfast were very helpful and provided me with a lot of vegan choices or made custom dishes for me. They also packed us a custom breakfast to go for our early morning departure after our stay off two days. Great place for events. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this highly. Only one negative would be that this is located about 5-6 km outsider the city. Maybe a bit hard to find a taxi unless you pre-book. We didn't have any trouble reserving taxis in advance for our late trips.

We recently hosted a business event for 150 people at Bhairavgarh Palace. While the property itself is undeniably beautiful and has great potential as a venue, unfortunately, our experience fell short in several key areas. The biggest challenge was the overall event management. Communication with the staff was difficult, and many of our requests either went unaddressed or were met with vague responses. This created unnecessary stress during what should have been a smooth and well-coordinated event. We had hoped for a level of professionalism and attentiveness that aligns with hosting a large corporate gathering, but sadly, it was lacking. In terms of hospitality and service, there is significant room for improvement. While some individual staff members were polite, the overall service did not meet the expectations one would have for a venue of this caliber. Cleanliness and attention to detail were also inconsistent. We genuinely believe that Bhairavgarh Palace has the potential to be a top-tier destination -- the setting is truly picturesque -- but to get there, a stronger focus on training, guest engagement, and service standards is essential. We hope our feedback is taken constructively, as we would love to see this venue live up to its promise.

This property is built at an isolated location on the outskirts of the city, although within a very picturesque area surrounded by Aravali Hills. The rooms appear to be old due to the hardware fittings, not in a good sense though. They are adequately sized with nice wide and tall windows, overlooking the hills. The breakfast buffet in the restaurant was always excellent (we stayed for 2 nights and had 3 breakfast services). Items in the lunch and dinner are not that good. Too much use of spices ruined almost all the dishes. There was a gala night as well, where all of the cocktail snacks were heavily laden with salt. Due to being situated on a hill top, the floors will confuse you with their elevation from different angles, which is one of the interesting vantage points of this property. There is a large swimming pool, lot of large lawns, lot of green area, etc. If you visit this place, then do it for its location and views. If you like the city hustle better, then look for some other property

Had a wonderful stay here! Room was spotless and had a great view. Food and service was great. Terraces were perfect for pictures. 4/5 for location because all though it is really not that far from the city, there are less drivers available to go from the hotel to the city.

Services was perfectly well received and staff was so supportive and friendly.... It's perfect location for staycation.... Enjoyed the stay must visit place for accommodations.... Ms Shikha, Mr Ajay was the one who amazing... they fulfilled all our requests....

Unreliable Online Booking - Avoid Disappointment! I had a terrible experience with Bhairavgarh Hotel's restaurant due to their unreliable online booking system. Despite making a confirmed reservation in advance, I was shocked to find out that my booking was not honored upon arrival. The staff simply stated that they had no record of my reservation and offered no real solution, leaving me stranded and frustrated. If you're planning a special meal or an important gathering, I would strongly advise against relying on their online booking. It seems completely untrustworthy, and there's no guarantee that your reservation will be respected. Very disappointing service for a place that claims to offer premium hospitality! Food quality tasty is very basic in comparison to hype of the property.

They are just looting to customers, they charge is too high rather than 5 star hotel, one soda cost 475, butter milk 200 normal glass, ice bucket is 100, paneer tikka dry 1075...just making money from clients. They charges good amount from restaurants and if we order food in room they charge hoorible amount. 3 eggs cost 675++, ice bucket 100++ and . once some one go will not go even in future because once amount paid we can jot take it back i reccommand not to visit first check all reviews and details
