Aurika, Udaipur - Luxury by Lemon Tree Hotels

My husband and I spent four days and three nights here for vacation and an advance wedding celebration. They were very generous in giving us a warm welcome, upgrading our room, and complimenting us with room decorations and a large chocolate cake, which was a lovely gesture. The staff was very warm, welcoming, attentive to our needs, and easy to communicate with. We appreciate how flexible they are with our requests in most cases while we're there. The room was spacious, with great toiletries, a fantastic view, and great facilities, too. The food is rich in options, with the majority being local dishes and some Western, but overall, we're pretty satisfied with what we can get and what they can offer. We want to give a massive compliment to Sherwin, who helped us throughout our stay. He exceeded our expectations. Overall, we had a fantastic experience checking in and out. The service is a massive plus in this 5-star hotel. We will come back here when we revisit Udaipur, and we're delighted to recommend that people stay here, too. Thank you for your hospitality!

Wonderful stay at Aurika, Udaipur. We were welcomed by Suraj and were given a tour around the beautiful place. Suraj communicates with ease and confidence and was very helpful with information around the travel in Udaipur. The room was clean . The staff were polite and well informed. All of them did a great job during our stay. The Chef, Prateekh and his team , were wonderful hosts . They offered us a lot of well done local food and information about Udaipur. Special mention of Mayank and Nirmal, who took care of us at every meal in the hotel. All the staff know the courtesies and were helpful. Excellent stay and warm people!

We stayed one night at Aurika, Udaipur with our family and had a wonderful experience. The property is beautifully located on a hill with stunning views of the city and lakes. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and very comfortable. The hospitality was warm and thoughtful. Dinner at the Mirasa restaurant was delicious, with a great mix of cuisines. Though our stay was short, we enjoyed the serene ambiance, courteous staff, and the quick buggy rides around the property. Aurika perfectly blends luxury and charm. The hospitality at its peak. The best ever experience with family stay. The staff is very supportive, in all manners. They served the best to fulfil all the needs from our 1 year baby to the 50 year parents. I would like to extend my appreciation for the service to Piyush Sharma, Tanmay Deshpande, Sandeep Bhatnagar and all the staff members for their service. Also, the ambience is total luxury. Overall, it's a fun, leisure and a luxury trip for me at Aurika Udaipur .

Hotel and staff provided excellant services in a very courteous way. Special thanks for Mr. Piyush Sharma. He and his team are excellent in all respect. I like the location and view of the hotel most. It is on the top of the hill and entire lake and Arrawali range is visible. Good choise of location with added excellent service along with amazing food in the restaurant. I find it full package for a family vacation.

We had a truly wonderful experience. The property is exceptional, and the food exceeded our expectations. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Mr. Prakhar and his team for their impeccable service, which made our visit truly memorable. Special thanks to the chef for the outstanding culinary offerings--it's increasingly rare to find such quality food at large properties. The only drawback was the restriction on DSLR cameras, which was a bit disappointing
