Hotel Devi Palace Resort & Spa

The hotel offers excellent rooms and services. While the food menu is limited to vegetarian options, the taste and quality are outstanding. The prices are very reasonable. Deluxe rooms are a bit smaller than the premium ones, but the premium rooms are fantastic, offering a beautiful mountain view. However, one of the drawback is its location directly across from a wedding venue, there were events held at the venue, often accompanied by loud music and fireworks until midnight, which could be quite disruptive.

I recently visited Udiapur for a family trip. We were total 13 people from 3 families. I was very nice experience! Hospitality was truly tourist friendly. Not only manager but every staff member from security, reception, housing keep and kitchen were friendly in nature. We stayed in Deluxe room and rooms were too specious. It has two beds, two sofas, small changing room, TV, Kettle to prepare tea/coffee just incase we want. Clean washroom and more than enough toiletries. I specially want to thank you Mr. Jaisingh ji who was very attentive and friendly and he speaks very politely. On last day as we wanted to checkout at 7:30 AM so we requested to prepare breakfast at 7:00 instead of 8:00 he accepted our request. Also it was raining on that day(27th December) so he went extra mile and helped in packing luggage and provided plastic bags to cover our luggage to keep it safe which was incredibly helpful and kept our luggage dry. Menu in breakfast was good and tasty. There was attendant in restaurant who provided the required things and food items on time.

Rooms were okay. We have stayed for the one day only. Rooms were not having TV and Fridge. Even AC was not working. Breakfast was good. Lunch and dinner were quite okay.

One of my favorites and go to place for relaxation and vacation. Never saw this place as a hotel, always felt like a home stay with the one of the best down to earth staffs ever. Always ever ready with a smile on their face and service within minutes. Never faced an issue in terms of their services. Thank You Devi Palace for always keeping me and my friends ever happy.

We Booked Room by reviewing photos posted online. Room were Great , Staff were supportive Location is very Odd as we had to wait almost 30 to 40 minutes for a single auto, even Cab service is not available in early morning like 6 o'clock. Resort doesn't have any Cab facility and even can't help in getting rented Bike or Car. Average resort, didn't recommend to anyone
