We had a beautiful stay. It's a picturesque, well maintained property. The suite was very spacious with beautiful jharokhas. From the moment we entered, the staff was very attentive and paid due attention to every service request. The property gives the vibes of a home away from home. Swimming pool was clean and well maintained... Food was awesome. Would highly recommend and would love to visit again, whenever we visit Udaipur. Worst Experience Ever - Stay Away!||||This resort was a complete disaster. The staff is extremely rude and only interested in money. The rooms were nothing like the pictures - dirty, poorly maintained, and uncomfortable. The location is isolated and hard to reach, with nothing nearby.||||The food at the restaurant was terrible and ridiculously overpriced. The swimming pool was unclean, clearly neglected, and not maintained at all - completely unhygienic.||||Shockingly, they seem to be engaging in child labor. A young boy named Lokesh was doing everything - serving food, cleaning rooms, and handling room service. It was heartbreaking and absolutely unacceptable.||||The man at the reception was one of the rudest people I've ever encountered. He gave us an unclean room with dirty bedsheets, and then had the audacity to charge us Rs. 450 for "washing" the already dirty bedsheet. His behavior was unprofessional, arrogant, and disrespectful. Manager asking for wash bedsheet.||||This place should honestly be reported to authorities. Do not waste your money or peace of mind here.

I recently stayed at the Royal Heritage Haveli and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly warm, genial, and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. My room was clean, well-maintained, and offered a cozy retreat after a day of exploring. I especially appreciated the hotel's location -- it's close to the Sajjangarh Monsoon Palace and set in a very friendly, peaceful environment. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Visited here for an Event purpose. Stay was satisfying and we enjoyed a lot. Also whole premises was non-smoking zone which helped us a lot staying there without any hesitation of foul smell.. Super friendly and co-operating Owner as well as staff helping their guests whenever required.. Highly recommended.!
