The Royal Retreat Resort & Spa

The property is very big and really beautiful, the rooms are also nice, but the staff is ABSOLUTELY NOT WARM. No sense of hospitality especially the Restaurant Manager and the Receptionist Mr. ISHWAR. The intercom in our room was not working and we asked him for someone to come and fix it he couldn't send anyone, we requested him to place an order for coffee in our room since our intercom wasn't connecting to any other number other than the reception he refused to do that also. He doesn't know how he's supposed to talk to the guest for 3 days we had to struggle to order any food in the room or call for a golf cart. And our room was so far from the reception in the Queens block. It will be great if you recruit some hospitable staff.

We visited Royal Retreat Resort as a part of my Husband's Alumni meet, a group of 65 families. Superb Resort it is. Great ambience and service.. One thing we loved was the flute performance at the tine of breakfast.. Overall a memorable teip it was.

We had our son's destination wedding at the Royal Retreat two weeks back. We couldn't have chosen a better destination, the food and service was impeccable, resort has tradition, character and modernity and a few different amazing venues for various events. The staff is wonderful and always there to help! A special thanks to Viren. He is approachable, always involved in everything personally and the GM insured he met with us daily to assess our satisfaction!! Our guests left mesmerized!! A big thank you to Royal Retreat for making our special event even more memorable!!

Superb hospitality, the whole property keeps a nice neat and clean, the room is also neat and tidy. Olden time wooden interior looks good. Must stay for 2-3 days to enjoy properly @ property. It's perfect destination for family and friends to enjoy together @ royal retreat.

Everything is good..staff's are very polite & helpful...but need renovation to the property...I love food here..specially I just enjoyed breakfast...special thanks to Chef Pankaj who gives us very tasty food... Special thanks to Mr.Sunil ( senior executive) in restaurants area...he is very kind and very polite with everyone.....thank you Hemant ( restaurant) he give us everything on time... Thank you so much for everything...

Excellent Property.. Rooms, cleanliness, Food and Services.. all were above expectation.. Must try is Lal Maas, which was made to perfection with fork tender meat.. all the starters served were excellent and freshly made||Special thanks to Ranjan Ji, Sunil Ji and Viren Ji and the entire team for a seamless and memorable experience

I decided to make this property my wedding destination since I loved the rooms and the hospitality of this property so much. The terrace and both the restaurants are the best part. ||Food is good and their mutton seekh kebab and Red kofta curry is a MUST try .

I recently stayed at The Royal Retreat, and I can confidently say it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, the ambiance was nothing short of magical. The entire retreat is beautifully covered in soft lighting, and the gardens are absolutely stunning, creating a serene and peaceful atmosphere. It truly felt like a royal escape. The food, however, was the real star of the show. Chef Pankaj's culinary expertise is out of this world--every dish was a flavor-packed masterpiece that left us craving more. His passion for cooking shines through in every bite, and we were all blown away by the creativity and quality of the dishes. A special mention to Mr. Dilip, the serving staff member, who made our experience even more memorable. His impeccable service, warmth, and attention to detail ensured we had a seamless dining experience from start to finish. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, offering a perfect place to relax after a day of enjoying the retreat. Although the AC in one of our rooms wasn't as effective as we'd hoped, the staff was quick to respond and upgraded us to a more comfortable room, which was much appreciated. The retreat itself is absolutely beautiful, with clean and picturesque pool locations that added to the overall luxurious experience. We booked three rooms, and the upgrade truly enhanced our stay. If you're looking for a place that combines world-class food, stunning surroundings, and top-tier service, The Royal Retreat is a must-visit. Highly recommended!
