They immediately helped me contact a reliable mechanic and arranged for a tow truck, staying with me and offering support throughout the entire ordeal. Their quick thinking and genuine care turned a stressful situation into a testament to their dedication to guest satisfaction. Hotel Shyam Sharnam is a shining example of hospitality, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable and worry-free stay. I can't wait to return!

They are full of scammers took 1500 for one day asked to exit the hotel in 6 hours they changed the room asked for 1000 ruppess more very poor experience. not recommended

Very rare to find a good hotel at such location. It's a gem of the area. Spent there a night in 18th and room was so cozy and I had lovely nap after a long time. A heartfelt thankyou note to Mr. Kamal to maintain such good property at reasonable price. Thank you, Jagdish Mehra

Small but clean rooms with basic facilities. Bathrooms are not well designed and very basic kitchen facilities. Limited room service. Located very near to start of bypass but scarcity of good food nearby is a problem. You need to climb steep stairs to the hotel.
