Hotel blue star

This place is a NIGHTMARE for travelers. They have built few rooms on the top of their restaurant and call it a hotel. All the reviews are fake. They have bribed the online booking platforms to showcase fake amenities which does not exist. The room is so small that anyone can hardly move and without and cupboard. They don't even clean their rooms..there are filthy stains on their bedsheets. Whole night their staff will scream outside the rooms, and one cannot sleep. this is a cheap hotel where they conduct low budget marriages and guest left their empty liquor bottles. This is just a Rs.800/ per night rooms which they are selling for Rs.2000 online with all fake reviews and amenities. There is no power backup and parking. So please DON'T BOOK THIS SO-CALLED HOTEL AT ANY COST

This is not a hotel but a low budget lodge for bagpackers or solo travellers. The hotel is next to the bus stop, so it is very noisy. We were told the hotel has parking, but it doesn't. It is such a shady place that we were scared for our lives. The first room we were allocated was a tiny room with a single bed. The room had no space to move at all. After fighting with the travel portal, we were given a double bedroom which was also crammed up. The bedsheets and blankets were stained, the room had no almirah or cupboard, the washroom drainage had blockage and the staff cooks food outside your room, so they keep making noise till late night. The website mentions the hotel has power backup, but in reality it doesn't. We kept waiting for power to resume, to heat water for bathing. The staff offered hot water in bucket to compensate for power cut. The hotel doesn't even have an extra bucket. Guest in the room next to ours wanted to borrow a bucket from us for hot water. Lol. Only the staff is nice and food is good. Overall, please do not book this hotel. The images might look fancy but it is a pathetic, shady lodge.

When I arrived Tonk for the first time, the only Hotel that I could find near the bus stand was Hotel Blue Star and they provided me with a room at 4 AM. It has been 3 months now and I have not left the room. I needed a place to stay in Tonk and could not find a better place than Blue Star. Great Hospitality of Hotel Staff. Everyone is welcoming and decent. Service is unmatched and quality is uncompromised. It is 10 seconds away from the bus stand and any vehicle going to Jaipur or Kota will go from here. Menu is very good and rates are not that high. They have a hall separate for Birthday Parties, which I found quite interesting. Keeps the noise away from other customers and lets people enjoy Birthdays. Must Visit place.

Location is prime. It's near the only transport available in city i.e. bus stand. Didn't tried the rooms yet. Twice tried the restaurant. It's recently launched, I was hoping for some good food but disappointed both times. Seating arrangement, service, interior, food quality, food price....every thing is good. Hope they keep continue this. But if customer asks specifically, they should listen customers for their choice of spices. And should not force their own choice. Not everyone is fan of spice food.

Chole bhature is very oily. Dosa is good. Never eat Pav bhaaji here very dirty.

Food was not tasty and they also have hidden camera in rooms. Drunken people always present in this hotel.
