The staff is friendly and cooperative. Neat and clean room and bathroom. Early check-in was smooth. Nice ambience. The guy named virender was well behaved and trained. He supplied food to our room and took care of our needs. I recommend a good stay here.

* Extremely Disappointing Experience* I'm writing this review as a warning to others: avoid this hotel at all costs. My stay was a disaster from start to finish. Abusive Manager The manager was completely unprofessional and abusive. He had no idea how to communicate with customers, and his tone was consistently rude and dismissive. Subpar Rooms The rooms were a far cry from the "Super Deluxe" category I had booked. In reality, I was given a Deluxe room, which was cramped and poorly maintained. The cleanliness was also questionable. Non-Existent Room Service Forget about room service - it's virtually non-existent. When I tried to order food, I was told that it wasn't available. Terrible Food The food at the hotel's restaurant was a major letdown. The quality was poor, and the options were limited. Booking Issues To add insult to injury, the hotel staff couldn't even find my online booking (made through Agoda). Avoid This Hotel In conclusion, this hotel is a complete disaster. The manager's abusive behavior, subpar rooms, and non-existent amenities make it a place to avoid at all costs. Save your money and book elsewhere.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The bed was uncomfortable and the overall feeling was more like a cheap hostel than a hotel or resort. The bed linens were of very poor quality, and the cover didn't meet basic cleanliness standards. The water facilities were equally subpar--water pressure was inconsistent and hardly acceptable. Overall, the experience was far from what I expected, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality stay.

In all aspects Mahal Rajwada is proved to be best ,I have experienced. I strongly recommend all the traveller's and visitors looking for a stay at this location .All the best to Manager sir for His special concern towards the guest.I wish all the best to the Rajwada team.

Wonderful stay in mahal rajwada resort jaipur. Stayed in room no 122 with my family. Very good property and thank for miss tanishka for reception thanks for making our stay so lovely sarvice is great food is so amazing. Beautiful property..
