Hotel Surajgarh Fort - A Heritage Property

No matter how good the fake reviews are, this place is not at all good. Please also read the negative reviews. They are absolutely true. 1. There are only 2 people managing the place. 2. Entire place is sooo dusty eg sofas, railing even rooms have so much dust. 3. The bedsheets are not white but blue due to indigo (neel) , even towels are absolutely blue. 4. Manager and workers are not at all polite. They talk rudely, stare at girls. Full shady vibes. DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE. Especially if your group has women. If you read other people's reviews, you will realise they all had a bad experience. All other reviews are paid ones.

It's like "Nam Bade Darshan Chhote" , when we booked it online then online showed a heritage feel but we experienced a bad feeling , pathetic Rooms, pathetic service, AC weren't working properly even in Hot weather it's 41 degree temperature, no proper beds and noone came for cleaning rooms and electricity supply failed even in midnight and all AC Fans stop working, Finally it not suitable for online booking, Book after it huge renovation.

Good property, nice quiet place but interiors need a lot of work on quality of furniture, cleanliness of linen, bedding & washroom amenities

Horrible experience. Go there only if you don't care about your time & money. Completely waste of time. This place is being run by non-professionals. They don't have staff to even clean the rooms. No-one on reception, no manager, the guy at restaurant treats you like he wants to get rid of you as soon possible. No-lights, ants on floor, tv broken and kept inside almirah and the funniest part is you can't contact anyone to get things done.

I visited this monument today but it wasn't fully open to visitors though. But I did manage to peek inside. Here is what I felt.... 1. The place looks well maintained from outside although there is a lot of work still in progress when you visit inside. 2. There is a pool which is empty. 3. The best place in the fort is the top. Floor where you have good place to sit and chat with fresh air and an elegant view of the city. 4. There is no charge whatsoever to look into the place. 5. Place offers food as well.
