THE JAWAI GATEWAY HOTEL

Stayed from 14th to 15th January. Looks a very basic hotel from the outside but their service was amazing. Loved it here. Breakfast and dinner both were delicious. Their staff is polite and very well trained. We got a very nice parking spot right outside the hotel but you may not if the hotel is full. That is the only downside.

Guys they are charging for AC rooms while their AC's not working. Now the trick is AC's not working in any room I have checked , they somehow malfunction it and if you complain they will tell you that AC is working, see cooling take time like we are living in 2050 outside temperature is 60 degree. If you further complain they will not compromise in tariff and charge you fully. Not satisfied

Everything was good as per their room rates standards. We booked 3 rooms, property and everything were neat and clean. Bathmat were missing. Food they served as breakfast was also good, minor implement is required, but nothing as any complain from our side. Thanks.

The experience was amazing at hotel. It was a family trip. We all received rooms on lobby floor. Rooms are spacious and clean. Terrace restaurant is very beautiful. Food is amazing we all liked a lot but one thing I want to appreciate most that is their quick service..I forgot the name of server. He did a tremendous job in servicing food. Front office manager mr likham singh is great gentleman who completed all our request I'm very quick time. Recommend to all travellers who are coming to jawai.

Good stay overall and safari experience, the staff was very helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help the guests. The restaurant on the rooftop had good culinary options. The location was also good in the town side

He also arranged the Safari. ||Just like him, the staff was readily available and were corporative. ||||Food & Restaurant: ||The hotel food was extremely good. The hotel has a roof-top restaurant, which is the best part of the property. The staff asked for our food preferences and cooked likewise. Our package had dinner and breakfast included, both were really good. ||The kitchen is extremely clean and well-kept. ||||Rooms:||Clean rooms, well-maintained bathrooms. ||||Price: ||I think it was well-priced and was value for money.
